Much less inventory in different departments and the quality of the brands the store is selling has gone downhill in the last 4-5 years.

Seems unorganized at times, with the various sales, discounts, etc.
Typical Kohl's, lots of parking, except lately, car dealers have made a deal to store many cars on their lot.
