Never anyone is in member services whether you come at night or in the morning lack of staffing has Been a problem consistently for months if you ask to speak to a manager even the managers would say they are unfamiliar with anything in member service that can’t refund or money orders and you will need to come back the next day and they themselves are just helping from another store unorganized and unprofessional

Just went in to get me a banana and a water bottle, paid and as I was leaving fake guard asks me to see receipts and did it with a smug look an attitude acting as if I stole the merchandise. More than likely stopped me because of my appearance.
26 years of active duty service this is how I still get treated. Will not go back there.

Needs to have either more cashiers to have more registers open or have more self checkout lanes open. They never have all of their self checkout lanes open. However, the have better produce than the other Kroger.

I just stopped by to pick someone up but I have been in there before ... personally I prefer the one in Rio Hill Shopping Center but ... from my understanding ... they are selling to another grocery chain ... not 100% sure about this ... but if so it will be just one more major change around here ... hopefully it will work out ok and the employees will still have jobs ... at least the ones that actually work and are great at their jobs

Went into the building see the florist, they told me to call the next morning. Called the next morning and told the voice-control computerized operator I needed the floral department. I was on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered, and it was the wrong department. They transferred my call and I was on hold for another 15 minutes before the computer hung up on me. If you aren’t going to employ enough people to answer the phone, why even have one?
