The lady that cashed in my lottery ticket was very friendly. The dude in the deli has great customer service. He gave me fresh fried chicken with a smile. The cashier was an ass! Paul is his name. He asked if I had a kroger card I replied no I'm from out of town..He didn't offer to use the store card for the discounts. Most places are kind enough to do that. I guess I disturbed him cause he wasn't busy just leaning over the conveyor belt.

If there were a 0 I'd leave that. No open cashier's and no baggers. Bag your own in a different cart and the cart locks up so you're accosted by a rude employee to see your receipt. Hey manager why not put Rude employee in checking or bagging instead of chasing years long loyal customers away eh? Won't be back. Still selling recalled products too. Yuck. Do better or go under.

Kroger was not up to par. It smelled like fish and meat. Also we didn’t get a receipt at the checkout. The balloons weren’t attached to string properly and two floated away out of the car. Two more aired down after 15 minutes. All in all not a great experience and I definitely expected better from Kroger.

Don't bother with the deli. Lady wouldn't even acknowledge us until I pretty much hollered excuse me, and then I received attitude immediately for asking if someone could help me. I was told i have to wait 10 minutes for her to finish whatever she was boxing up first. I'm guessing she was hoping we'd walk away so she didn't have to work.

Horrible experience , full cart of groceries and the store had no staff for check out lines. Had to go through self- checkout. I should have taken the hint about the staffing when I noticed the parking lot not having a lot of cars and there were many grocery carts in the return cart area. Deli meats looked bad as well. Heading to Richmond next time. Very disappointed in this store.

I wish I could give 0 stars to the place they call a pharmacy. I go to pick up my prescription, a blonde heavyset lady is standing behind the counter, she was fully aware that i was standing there because I saw her side eye me and was just on her phone texting and ignoring me. She comes up to the computer doesn’t even look at me and says “date of birth”, I gave it to her then she asked my name and I told her. She then says “um what prescription is this for because you have nothing” I tell her the prescription and she says “ummm yeah your insurance isn’t going to cover this you need a prior authorization” I said the prior authorization was done today and approved, she then says “well WE don’t have any documentation from your insurance AND it’s out of stock anyways” with the nastiest face possible, I said okay thank you and left, clearly this woman has an issue doing the job she is paid to do. I just can’t believe the lack of customer service, I work in healthcare and I can’t imagine speaking to a patient this way, you should be ashamed of yourself. It’s disgusting and rude. Needless to say I had my prescription transferred to barracks road Kroger to which they replied “yes ma’am we will have that ready for you in 20 minutes and will give you a call if any issues.” Take notes hydraulic road Kroger. Sickening.

Beware of their security guard in front as she will stop you over gift cards you just paid for and publicity embarrass you checking if you paid for them. Utterly ridiculous! Zero stars

I LEFT MY WOULD BE PURCHASES THERE. There was only one check-out with a long line. There were self checkouts which I don't like . They were all occupied.

IT WAS OK! I USUALLY GO IN TO GET DR . PEPPER ON SALE IN CANS AND BOTTLE'S.YOU ONLY HAD THE CANS ON SALE.KROGER IS USUALLY THE ONLY PLACE TO GET THEM ON SALE . WHAT HAPPENED? HAVE YOU STOPPED HAVING THEM ON SALE TOO ??
