“I'm a traveler, here for 6 months. I used this place regularly as it's right near my apartment. The person working there was as helpful on day one as on my last visit. I felt comfortable walking away from my stuff without worrying it would go missing. There's places to sit while you wait and a food truck outside.”

“Gina is fantastic. She took a huge load of mixed wash (from my grown son's house) and washed/folded all of it! I couldn't bear to do it at home. Price is good. Folks, tip these ladies for their great work!”

“I have been using Rio Hill Cleaners on Abbey Rd for a while and I am very happy with their service. The staff are always really polite and friendly. The quality of the cleaning is great, and I never worry about my clothes coming back damaged or not cleaned properly. The price is also reasonable for the service they provide. I would highly recommend Rio Hill Cleaners to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dry cleaning business. They always meet my expectations and make me feel valued as a customer.”

“We often use “fluff and fold” laundry services when traveling. We find them to be a real time-saver when traveling - who really wants to spend hours doing laundry when you can be out and about and enjoying your vacation? On a cost basis it also makes sense. We dropped off our laundry after lunch and had it back my 9:00 AM the next day. The total charge was $17 (the cost was based on weight with a $15 minimum). We figure our time is worth more than $8.50 per hour we paid (calculating about 2 hours to do it ourselves). The pants and shirts were on hangers and the socks, t-shirts, etc., were folded and tightly bundled. We were very pleased with the result. Sunshine laundry is located close to the UVA campus and to most hotels in the area. Helpful Hint: We always travel with a sturdy laundry bag to hold clothes along the way. It was easy to drop off the clothes in the bag when using this service.”

“I've been bringing my dress clothes for dry cleaning to Skyline Cleaners at Barracks Road for years now. I have only ever had a good experience here. The rates are fair, the clothes come out great, and they have never been late fulfilling my orders. Also the people I interact with there are always really nice and helpful. I really like their system where everything is linked to my phone number, even my preferences regarding how starched I want my shirts. I highly recommend bringing your dry cleaning to this establishment. PS. I saw another reviewer posted that dry cleaning chemicals can cause bipolar. As a scientist I found this claim dubious, and looking closely at that reviewers remarks, the article they link is an an almost decade old news article regarding leeching of certain dry cleaning chemicals into the drinking water of certain denizens in the Cape Cod region. Rest assured Skyline cleaners uses industry standard dry cleaning chemicals and practices. For your child to somehow develop bipolar they would have to actually drink water with the chemicals leeched into it, not wear a very nicely cleaned and pressed suit jacket...”

“I've been using this dry cleaner for a few years now, and I've never been disappointed. We have men's shirts and dress slacks laundered and pressed on the regular. The staff and service always prompt and polite. The clothes are always cleaned and prepared as expected. The prices are standard and the turn around for dry cleaning is pretty standard and expected as well.”
