Very difficult to reach anyone at the store. Phone rings and rings without being answered. Buyer beware of contracting with Lowe's, inaccurate miscommunications, wrong deliveries, IT problems, etc. Very disappointed, be careful.

Went in today and bought a generator for the upcoming snow storm. Joseph and Luis helped us, they were fantastic. Especially Joseph! He helped us from start to finish and was very patient while we were trying to make our decision. You should give him a raise! And let him use the electric pallet jack again haha!!
