Went to by Rtic cooler. If you're going to spend over $250 on a cooler, you should be able to open the top and look inside! Not here. These morons have them cabled closed with theft sensors! Other coolers...wide open. Hard to blame school system for this type of ignorance. Bought one around the corner.

EVAN IS THE BEST PLEASE GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! He helped us figure out what we needed for a kitchen backsplash, we had no idea what we were doing and he saved the day. Super helpful, informative, and budget friendly.

We have lived all over the country over many years and I find this Lowe’s to be one of the best I’ve ever been. Is it perfect? No. But I have yet to encounter an employee who did not know where something was, or was not able to offer satisfactory assistance. This is the first Lowe’s I’ve ever been to where the department specialists actually know about their sections and will dole out good advice without being pushy. And generally speaking, everyone is very friendly.

Wow!
I came in contact with (2) rude store employees in one visit.Scraggly looking guy at the customer service counter was rude and so was the lady,I guess she was lady at package pick-up.
Ive picked up several packages from here even when the package pickup was in a different location and not once has anyone asked for my driver's license UNTIL TODAY. June 30th,2024.
We All Know What That's Was About!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This Lowe's has the absolute worst customer service!!! I've been trying to place an order online for a specific product three times now. Every time I order it, it gets canceled. The reasoning was because the item was out of stock, but online it stated it was in stock.
I called this morning to see if the item was in stock, as the website said they had 16 to avoid having the item cancelled again. I spoke to someone in customer service, and she transferred me to flooring. The phone rang for 3 minutes straight; no one picked it up. I was transferred back to customer service three times since no one answered. The customer representative didn't even have the decency to speak to me and let me know no one was available. She just kept transferring me back to flooring.
I had to leave the office to drive all the way across town to Lowe's to find out for myself if the item was in stock. I proceeded to the isle that the website told me it was on. I was there for maybe 2 minutes, and I found the item I have been trying to order just fine! I turned to walk towards checkout, and they gated me inside the isle!!!!!!! There were three associates around that I could see, and the person who gated me inside the isle is a real piece of work! How dare you do that to someone without letting them know?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I had to crawl under the side of the gate, where an opening was, just to get out. RIDICULOUS!
I cannot wait until Home Depot comes to Charlottesville because they may actually care about their customers! I'm going to speak to my President and CEO to cancel our pro membership account and let them know they should shop elsewhere while they are doing renovations on their house. Word of mouth is everything, and I will be sure to spread the word!

Had a great experience at Lowe's this past weekend. The staff, including the General Manager, were incredibly helpful. Was looking around at grills and they got me taken care of. Knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly responsive.

I don't know what the expletive is going on with whoever orders the inventory but it is expletive atrocious. I'm a real estate investor and I go to Lowe's almost exclusively for my supplies all over Virginia North Carolina and Tennessee. every time I go there hoping that they'll have something it's just that... A hope. severely under stocked

Terribly stocked. Some of the staff try but they move stuff so often and dont have so many things they should. Service is hit or miss. This is the worst lowes i have been to.
I drive an extra 10 miles to home depot in waynesboro bc those guys are fantastic. Every time they are great!

Great deals! It's a little hard to get help to buy my new refrigerator, but other than that, great prices on appliances.
