I'm disappointed in my experience while shopping at the cville Lululemon. The associates were dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. I went in to buy my first pair of leggings with a friend. The associates only spoke with my friend because she was already wearing Lulu leggings while completely ignoring me
They made my shopping experience uncomfortable at best. Two associates looked me up and down after I exited my fitting room and began snickering. They provided no help with sizing despite being asked. The environment was unfriendly and uncomfortable.
The review would be 1 star if it wasn't for the one associate who didn't act like my presents was inconveniencing them. I wish I got her name as I'd like to praise her. This experience has turned me off from shopping at this store and possibly the brand again. If I'm going to be spending $100+ on leggings I'd like to be treated with at least some basic respect. Very disappointing.

Very nice staff! The store is beyond perfect and so is the service! I would recommend everyone to at least stop in here if you are at stone field :)

Great store with very friendly staff. The store is small but packed with merchandise. We had a great shopping experience and will return. I recommend shopping during midday Monday - Friday. The weekends are very busy and the store gets very crowded.

Great store, but the staff make it stellar. Everyone was helpful without being pushy but Makenzie was outstanding helping me today. She helped me find the perfect color of everything and ordered what they didn’t have in stock.Epic customer service!

Makenzie was amazing helping me today. I needed a few things and literally spent over an hour in the store trying "almost" everything!! I've been shopping at Lululemon for over 20 plus years (yup before it was cool) and this is one of the nicer stores I have been to.

I've been shopping at several Lulu stores for years, and this store was the worst experience. The staffs here are incredibly rude. I will drive to Richmond to avoid this store.
