Well I can say they’re thrives! Because back in June I had a package shipped from the Cville Va location. I paid $130.00 And by time my package had gotten to ups ground! It had fallen apart. And they couldn’t ship to Mt. Vernon Washington. And had to discard it. So the owner in the Palmyra (lake Monticello) office lied her way out of this! I’m not finish with her yet! She is going to read about this and wish she had given my money back!

My mother has a disability and when she went to this store for accommodation she was complained about to the customers behind and yelled at. Having a speech disorder is no easy thing to live with and the service she was treated with will not be forgotten. Customer service needs significant improvement.

I just want to make sure that anyone reading this understands that it was not, nor would it ever be, Denise, the personal working behind the counter.I actually heard about this upsetting situation from someone whom witnessed it & the upsetting experience was that there were those in line waiting that were impatient & aggravated.Which is of course so humiliating & a very sad state of civilization we find ourselves living in/under.Now… the folks in line may have had an awful day and maybe were unaware of the pain they caused to your mother (at least I wish that was the case); but it might just be plain old cruelty & impatience from those waiting in a line for their turn.I am in NO way excusing such mean speaking or lack of compassion but it’s so essential that everyone knows that the woman whom is there most days; would never ever (for very personal reasons even) make fun of someone struggling to communicate. And in fact even though she may have had a lot of pressure on her to move as fast as the woman whom was having w challenging time/communicating; I am certain it ssd not Denise/the woman taking care of the customers needs whom was hurtful or making fun of the woman struggling.I feel so strongly that I want the daughter whom is reading this to know that the working woman there is a completely capable & extremely kind person.If anything; I can imagine she went out of her way to make sure your mother felt respected, & also assuredly went above and beyond her needs to attend to your mothers needs..I have been in the position of your mother (not at the store) but in my life and it’s really so upsetting and influences how we feel about our future even.I just wanted to clarify that Denise is an exceptional and wonderful person .She has made my life so much better because I can count on her abilities that I am awed by.She has so many responsibilities to handle at once with pickups from UPS and Fed Ex mixed in with all the key codes & finding the least expensive way to send any package or envelope.I am always expecting she will run out or steam but she does not and I’m staying with mailbox express as long as denise is in charge when she works there.It’s appalling that people sometimes really forget the intense impact that they have and hurt another/others.I just wanted to assure you i it was not Denise and she was upset by witnessing this cruelty too. I hope you will consider the potential of my understanding since she is such a kind, Intelligent & thoughtful person.I was so upset when I saw how upset she was and how she couldn’t make it understood that she was not in anyway rushing your mother or making fun of Her.Now I have to get an hour of sleep before my overnight delivery arrives.I write this to clear up any misunderstandings because she/Denise is such a kind person & i for one; would be very disadvantaged if she was not my ‘go to’ contact person .There is a little or big fan club of denise out in the world of those whom know her from the store.I hope you will reevaluate the input I shared and consider that you may have just been momentsrily consumed by humiliation and it not always easy to know where such feelings are being Aimed from/./at.I feel so grateful for willingness to help me and oftenGo above and beyond the call or duty because she is built this way.Sincerely,Tammy - a happy and relieved customer . I’ve been to this location many times, and the staff there is always friendly and helpful. It beats the hell out of driving towards the post office on 29. That’s for sure.

My to go place for package drop-off. Always in and out within minutes and never had an issue with my package. Much better than the post office itself!

I mailed a USPS package yesterday and was told a receipt could not be printed.....the software needs to be updated. What? I am very annoyed a simple receipt could not be printed as I have always gotten one in the past and now do not have a record of my package drop off.I understand.... in the recent past I have always been given a receipt-but was told by your employee it was a software issue.

So I dropped a prepaid item off here on a Friday. I was assured it would go out by Monday. 2 days later, tracking had not updated. Showed up before they closed to check on it, only to find a locked door and an employee who waved me away. I’m now out money, the item itself, and some negative eBay feedback.Do yourself a massive favor and go anywhere else if your time and money hold any value to you.

Convenient place to drop off a variety of packages as well as get pricing info for all mail service carriers. The woman working is always knowledgeable in helping me select the best shipping method! Can also get in and out quickly as there is usually little wait.

I have a small business and I ship from many places however every time I come to this location they overcharge me for some thing in my account that is completely ridiculous I have to dispute it and get my money back every time! I print my own labels and they charged me $18 to my account to make my label in all caps!? A few times if there was a discrepancy in the weight by .02 they were charging me anywhere between $11-$15 to the point where I was adding weight to my packages so I wouldn’t get overcharged and they still did it! I used the post office, ups, and the Mailbox Express by my home and I have never had an issue but this one was close to my work so I found it convenient but I will never come here again!
