Impeccable quality and outstanding customer service! My vehicle looks the way it did when I first drove it off the lot brand new. Unbelievable! Chris and the rest of the team at Masters provided amazing customer service, letting me know every detail and expected time frame along the way. I stumbled into Masters Auto Body in a panic after my water pump completely failed and drained all my coolant out while I was still driving. I met one of the employees in the front, I believe his name was Chris, and he went out of his way to help me out. The team offered to tow my car for a reasonable price to a repair shop in the area and the driver, Earl I believe, offered me a ride home. Although I have no experience with their auto body services, these people are extremely friendly and I cannot thank them enough.

Masters did fantastic work fixing my car. They were incredibly skilled and communicative, especially when it came to dealing with the pain that insurance companies always bring to the mix. Masters fixed my car as quickly as possible and even had it perfectly clean (inside and out) when I came to pick it up. Top notch service.

I had an accident recently, and Masters Auto Body Shop did an outstanding job with the repairs. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work. My car looks as good as new!
I also rented a car from them during the repair process, and everything was seamless. The rental process was smooth, hassle-free, and well-managed, making the entire experience much easier.

Master's Auto was a pleasure to work with! The communication between them and the insurance company is unparalleled. From Lori, and Pam in the office, to Doug the artist that took care of my car... Everyone was wonderful! They had the car ready on time, and did not request that I leave it there until they were ready to work on it and the parts were into their shop.
I hope I never have another accident, but if I do there is only one place I am calling.

I 💯 recommend Masters for all your cars bodywork. I love Jeff at Masters. My 2023 Camry was hit from behind going down 20 and then I hit a deer this past Sunday and I called Jeff up immediately and told him about my car. Jeff went above and beyond and got my car and has her at his shop already torn down. Jeff makes the process very easy when it comes to insurance, claims, and rental needs. Jeff will always be the man to go too.
