I had an extremely disappointing experience at this urgent care last week. I came in around 7:30 PM (they close at 8 PM) because I was dealing with something I’ve had before, so I knew exactly what was wrong and what treatment I needed. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk told me they couldn’t see me because there was one person ahead of me and they “didn’t have time.”
I tried to explain that this was something that can get serious quickly, and that I was traveling for work the next day, but she showed no urgency or compassion. Instead, she told me to go to the emergency room. I ended up having to pay a $350 ER copay plus over $1,200 in medical bills, all for the same simple antibiotic prescription I could have received there in minutes.
Turning patients away 30 minutes before closing — especially with something that can escalate quickly — is unacceptable for an “urgent care.” I hope management addresses this lack of care and professionalism so no one else has to go through the same frustrating and costly experience

Went here due to recurrent panic attacks and high blood pressure. They were seriously amazing. The entire team. In my panic I didn't retain anyone's names, but thank you so much to the front desk associate who let me talk at her for 30 minutes, the MA who was just so calm, and the PA that saw me. I felt seen and genuinely taken care of.

Waited over an hour after my appointment time and I needed to know many things of my past or they could not do a simple physical exam. I have to contact my Dr for information now

This place is horrible. What’s the purpose of urgent care if you have to make an appointment?? That’s like making appointments at the ER. Since change from med express it’s not good. My husband and I both went 2 different times he was told they couldn’t see him without appointment but yet it states walk ins as well. I made an appointment to be told no i didn’t when it was on phone waited 45 minutes to be seen. Was first appointment of the day. No other patient came in while I was there at all but they talking up a storm about the night before. Dr telling me I don’t have something but gives me paperwork on what I said I thought I had. Do not recommend this place at all. Not urgent care at all

Completely dismissed my issue and spent 45 mins waiting to see a doctor for 30 seconds. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Tyler was great and so was the nurse helping him. Sad that it was just them two plus the lady at the front desk. All 3 had positive attitude for being very busy with patients and short staffed The wait was long but that's what to expect when an office that is short staffed.
