I went to this Urgent Care as a walk in with no appt at 10. The receptionist essentially said I needed an appt and the soonest one she had was 11. I told her that was perfect, I didn’t mind waiting. She told me to fill out paperwork when it got texted to me and I could check-in at 1045. I filled out the paperwork. I checked in at 1045. I was called back around 1103. I spent about 3 mins with the first person while she got my BP, asked 2-3 questions, and got my temp. She swabbed my throat (not very well I might add). And put me in an exam room to wait for the physician. So I’ll say it was maybe 1110 at the latest that I was put in that room. It was an hour before anyone came into that room to check on me. I literally could have been dead and no one would have known. The physician came in and was very apologetic. She was alone that day. I totally get it but an hour is insane. Especially when you made me an appt. Crazy. Probably wouldn’t go back unless there was literally no other option!

I visited Bon Sec today due to lingering & worsening sore throat, congestion, achy body, and sore rib cage, and difficulty breathing that I am having. They saw me right away & got me the prescriptions I need to get my lungs 🫁 the relief I need to breathe clearly and so my diaphragm would stop hurting. The staff was helpful and courteous and expedited my being seen. The Doctor was soo efficient in assessing me & had me on my way in time to catch an open pharmacy. The professionalism and expedient manner in which the team at this Pantops Bon Secour functions really makes the visit nice at a time when not feeling your best (or downright awful as I am). If you’re sick and don’t feel it’s urgent enough to go to the ER this is where you need to go! They’ll get ya fixed up with what you need in a jif! Thanks all for your caring and kind professionals you are.

The entire staff were great! I made an appointment online and filled out the paperwork online as well. It the checkin process quick and efficient.

I was told a different day to get my TB test read and I had to pay another 49.00 to redo the test which I never should have been asked to do. Not happy at all.

Didn’t have to wait long for my drug test required for my college, however the employee whoever took my urine sample afterward did not wear gloves!!!!! I would not want to handle a random persons urine cup without gloves so this really grossed me out. Then she was touching the computer and wanted to me sign the screen. I had to wash my hands afterward. What if I got pee on the side of the cup? Then she touched it and then was touching other things. SO GROSS! Won’t go back because it makes me wonder what other things are dirty in there.
