very bad reviews here--- for tmobile store poor customer serviceis rampant as owners are absentee and low paid counter servers have noincentive toprovide goodservice the more business in creases the harder they work but for the same pay while the absentee owner rakes it in

So I just erased a positive review as I thought I had finally been helped with this ACP situation only to find out that Metro(Google their tricks) has a whole way to make a couple bucks off this program. They tell you it will be months to be approved. Even though I went in person with approval codes which the gal put in and they were accepted. Then I had to pay an activation fee and was signed up for an auto pay acct to save $5.00 so the $60 pplan is really $65..oh and wait they also added insurance for $ 3.00. I wasn't given a contract just a receipt from my boyfriend credit card,having paid the activation fee..she told me here's your 8 digit pin and everything will be online in your account. Surprise..now they want me to pay for 2 months at $68.00( which I will never recoup albeit being qualified for benefit before signing with them. So they are taking advantage of low income folks,myself due to a medical condition and if you continue to read reports online metro will send you a message that your address doesn't match,the clerk entered it for me? But multiple reports or people having name spelled as Dave when they are David and and have never gone by Dave. I will be reporting to Fcc and uSac. My boyfriend is filing a fraud report with his credit card. Someone better fix this. #corporatecorruotion

I've been waiting for days to be paid and they are refusing to pay me, it seems super bad to me that they abuse people like this, we are 5 ex employees waiting to get paid, everything is so unprofessional in that place

The woman who "helped" me and my son was so rude. She stated that she didn't have time to help us look up his pin, however we were the only customers at the store. I guess she was too busy eating her chips that she was snacking on while talking to me. This isn't the first time I've had such a terrible experience it's just the first time I have written a review. I wish I could give them a 0 star rating.
