As a healthcare provider myself, I was disappointed with this clinic. I was denied my service even though I checked in on time. I even got a confirmation of my check in. I was waiting by the computer desk looking for some assistance or guidance but no one to be found. The NP came out and decided to tell me that the appointment was canceled and I had to reschedule (this was 8 minutes after the appointment)so there was no grace period either. I had fasted all day and decided to reschedule to 6 pm which then the appointment was canceled on me. There needs to be some organizational changes to how this clinic is managed. I wouldn't want any other person to starve themselves just to get their appointment canceled.

Not exactly a minute as it has taken me 3 tries to get a test but very handy inside CVS. I’m sure less of a wait than other urgent care. Closed when I walked in the first day, not open on regular daily schedule or weekends so prebook online. Not available at all locations, but a great thing to have, can’t believe I’ve never heard about it! The most frustrating thing is calling the pharmacy and there is no way for you to actually get to a person to ask them anything. I called Walmart pharmacy and they picked up immediately. Why can’t CVS allow you to speak with someone at the pharmacy? Bad for business.

I have been here 3 times. Everytime the NP's are friendly and well knowledge. Definitely recommend. But schedule ahead online instead of just walking in you'll end up waiting or no more appt slots left.

Needed a sports physical for my daughter. Great nurse practitioner! In and out quickly. Highly recommend if you need a physical.

minute clinic staff was amazing. i came in with what i thought was an ear infection but it was just clogged. they were very quick and friendly and got me out of there in about 30 minutes. all of the other reviews do not do this place justice.

Pharmacy closed 1:30p to 2:00p daily, be warned! Store manager is rude and combative, not a problem solver. Have had issues here before w simple retail as well. Minute Clinic is a joke. Not returning.

CVS corporate keeps their pharmacies severely understaffed. I've often seen just one pharmacist and one tech having to juggle filling prescriptions, answer the phone, attend the front register AND the drive up, and stop to give injections, and call doctors and insurance companies.

They canceled my son's vaccine appointment 3 times now - always last minute for "temporary closure" . Even though when you look at the schedule it looks fine. When I called the general minuteclinic line, they couldn't reach this Minuteclinic at all nor its voicemail. Totally disappointing how they deal with our health! Am switching to Walgreens.

I had a TB test 2 days ago and had an appointment to be read at the same location. TB test had to be read within 72 hours. I wasn’t informed that the clinic was closed before my appointment. I went there for TB read and was told the clinics would be closed for 2 days. CVS doesn’t care if my TB test would be expired after 72 hours or not. I had to make a new appointment at another muniteclinic where is an hour from my home. Then waited another 3 hours to get my turn. My new appointment was at noon but the NP was too busy with overloaded patients that I was read until 3pm. Moreover, my insurance can cover the TB test, CVS takes it for the TB placement but asked me to pay for the read from my own pocket! I mean who only does the first part?! Awful awful awful! It might be a good clinic if other urgent care places are full and you really need to see a NP and get some prescription. For doing tests, I don’t recommend it at all!Updates: I called my insurance, they said would cover both TB test and read as long as CVS sent them the orders. Called CVS billing, customer service was nice to solve this issue and said I should get a refund in 2 month. However, nothing refunded. Called the CVS billing again, they had to transfer the call to a financial person. I can tell the person was even not look into my bill and just said” that is a copay!”.

I am not sure who they think they are, but I can guarantee you that they don't need to call my doctor all the time that I pick up even simple medications that are not controlled or anything that serious. It's ridiculous that you have to come up at least 2 times to for the same medication and above all their costumer service is extremely bad. Why are you guys mad all the time?

Based on my encounter with this store's pharmacy over this past week (really, months, but I gave in to the convenience of the store's location), I will no longer be a CVS Pharmacy customer. I submitted a refill request on Tuesday, 7/12. Because the medication was out of stock (again), we agreed to transfer the script to a new pharmacy. The new pharmacy was unsuccessful in their attempts to reach this CVS pharmacy via the prescriber's line on Friday, Saturday, and today (Sunday). During that time, I made two trips to the store in person to communicate urgency and plead that they work with the new pharmacy to transfer the script. Today, at risk of running out of my remaining doses, I finally had to get an on-call physician to call the prescription into the new pharmacy. It is unacceptable that this CVS pharmacy is so unavailable and difficult to reach, when customers rely on it for time-sensitive medication. I can always understand stocking or supply issues -- I cannot forgive the blatant lack of effort on their part to free up my prescription to be filled elsewhere. The pharmacist helping me today was eating a bag of chips while at the register and handling customer paperwork/medication which, to me, felt both unhygienic and unprofessional.

Second time that they have cancelled my Shingles vaccine at the last minutes. This time, supposedly for "weather". It's a high of 93 today... No bad weather in sight. I'm switching to Walgreens.

Rude and incompetent staff. How do they stay in business? They screw up your script and act like you're wasting their time. Surprised no one has reported them to the state pharmacy regulator.

Worst customer service of any pharmacy in the area. Ashley the pharmacy tech is particularly offensive. Claims medications are not in the system only to return hours later and have another employee be able to locate them.

I went to pick up a prescription yesterday of cough syrup for my wife who may have Covid. I stood in a long line for 40 minutes watching most customers being told their prescription would be ready the next day. When I finally got to the counter they said I could come the next day as it wasn't ready though it was called in 7 hours earlier. This is completely unacceptable. They say it's because they are short staffed. If that's the case then they should stop accepting prescriptions from doctors immediately or transfer the order to another pharmacy that is not inept. For some, it's a matter of life or death. btw, this is happening at this location often and it's the third time it's happened to us. We are switching pharmacies immediately!
