I needed to switch my service to boost that day. I asked Omar if he was about to close and would completely understand if he could not help me. But he was more than willing to help me and said it wouldn’t be a problem. His kindness never wavered. Even though I was clearly anxious and frustrated by my situation. Because I needed my phone to work immediately. But he made it such an easy process and was not bothered by the fact that I had arrived at closing. He even said he was happy to work. “I always appreciate cashiers and service people who are friendly and helpful. Tristan, in addition to being a miracle worker fixing my phone is always pleasant and goes the extra mile to be helpful. I recently completely crushed my iPhone. Assuming it probably couldn't be fixed I tried several places to get a new phone the same model as the one I managed to drive over in my gravel driveway while I waited for the mall to open to see what Moble Saver could do. Tristan didn’t bat an eye when he saw my phone. He took it and said come back in a half hour. I returned to find what appeared to be a new phone. I can’t describe the relief I felt, especially after price of replacements.”
