I fixed Fruit Fixed Charlottesville. A very helpful and ebullient technician looked it over. He had it up and running within an hour, saving a lot of time and money. They have fixed a problem within an hour several times. Thank you, Fruid, for fixing my problem.”

But he was more than willing to help me and said it wouldn’t be a problem. His kindness never wavered. Even though I was clearly anxious and frustrated by my situation. Because I needed my phone to work immediately. But he made it such an easy process and was not bothered by the fact that I had arrived at closing. He even said he was happy to work. “Jaden was professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. Over a month ago I dropped my phone and cracked my screen so insurance sent me a phone in the mail. I was traveling so I took my phone with me in my truck and needed internet to transfer info to the new phone. Once Jaden found out my situation, everything was taken care of. I left my phone and went down the street and took care of some business and when I came back less than an hour later, everything was all set with all my information on my new phone. I couldn't ask for best better service. I would definitely recommend this location because of how helpful Jaden was.”
“Went to this store to have the new iphone set up that I purchased for my husband. We had a problem trying to do it at home. We were fortunate to have a very personable and knowledgeable sales associate(Arwynn Glass) assist us. She was able to quickly identify the issue that had prevented us from setting the phone up at home. She was also very accomodating; my husband has mobility issues so he stayed in the car. However, when Arwynn needed him for facial recognition, she offered to go to him in the car instead of asking him to come into the store. She was great!”
