I needed to switch my service to boost that day. I asked Omar if he was about to close and would completely understand if he could not help me. But he was more than willing to help me and said it wouldn’t be a problem. His kindness never wavered. Even though I was clearly anxious and frustrated by my situation. Because I needed my phone to work immediately. But he made it such an easy process and was not bothered by the fact that I had arrived at closing. He even said he was happy to work. “Jaden was professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. Over a month ago I dropped my phone and cracked my screen so insurance sent me a phone in the mail. I was traveling so I took my phone with me in my truck and needed internet to transfer info to the new phone. Once Jaden found out my situation, everything was taken care of. I left my phone and went down the street and took care of some business and when I came back less than an hour later, everything was all set with all my information on my new phone. I couldn't ask for best better service. I would definitely recommend this location because of how helpful Jaden was.”
