I trusted my phone with this person. My phone had a broken screen and he said he could do the job, he charged me and two days later he fixed my phone and the next day my phone didn't work, it stayed black and the screen shook and just like me there were more people complaining. Don't trust people who are only good at charging you and not doing their job well.

I always appreciate cashiers and service people who are friendly and helpful. Tristan, in addition to being a miracle worker fixing my phone is always pleasant and goes the extra mile to be helpful. I recently completely crushed my iPhone. Assuming it probably couldn't be fixed I tried several places to get a new phone the same model as the one I managed to drive over in my gravel driveway while I waited for the mall to open to see what Moble Saver could do. Tristan didn’t bat an eye when he saw my phone. He took it and said come back in a half hour. I returned to find what appeared to be a new phone. I can’t describe the relief I felt, especially after price of replacements.

They got the screen in for my phone within 24 hrs and fixed it in an hour no problem. The guy there is also very honest about what protective items really do and don't work for phones. They also did the job $50 cheaper than the next cheapest quote I got.

Called first to make sure they had a new screen for my iphone 12 pro after Batteries Plus told me it would be 2+ weeks because the screen was on backorder. Mobile Saver Plus owner was super nice on the phone, gave me a quote and told me they could fix it in 45 minutes. I headed to the mall and had a new screen and bonus screen protector at the time promised. And the price was $70 cheaper than what Batteries Plus quoted me. Would definitely recommend if you need a new screen! These are the guys who used to be at the mall kiosk and now have a storefront next to Red Robin - they have been fixing phones for a long time.

Excellent customer service! I cracked the screen on my s7 edge. Other places told me that they couldn't even get the part anymore--this place got the part the very next day and fixed the phone in under an hour! Very pleased with everything about this place! Even though this place a an hour drive from where I live, I will make the drive if I need any more cell repairs because it's worth it! Very nice and helpful employees! Highly recommend!
