This care clinic has taken good care of my pup. Responsive, kind. Carter has no anxiety going on or interacting with staff and he’s an anxious fella.

Dr Hoy and her team are so amazing! From scheduling and being able to fill out the paperwork to bring beforehand plus a reminder text with an online portal to being checked in directly into a room instead of waiting in the lobby, Monticello Animal Hospital is so friendly and welcoming! My dog Tina loved her visit to establish care here.

My husband and I have taken our dogs to Dr. Andersen for years. He helped out our Haemish for end-of-life care and got us through the difficult process of putting him down. He now cares for our two Frenchies and is so thorough during visits. You can tell he is just a compassionate person by nature and loves what he does. And he’s good at it to boot! The staff has always been friendly and helpful, even when my stubborn boys don’t want to cooperate! Thank you, MAH, for all you do!

Everyone at MAH is so enthusiastic and compassionate. We have two dogs and the staff often helped us schedule them together in a way that was most convenient and efficient for our working schedules. We also especially loved working with Dr. Hoy who took great care of one of our boys when he had to get many teeth pulled. We felt like he was in good hands!

These guys has taking care of my little remmy for 2 years. When I got him from a friend of ours I knew right then this was going to be my little side kick. I haven’t seen these people yet but I have called and when I got questions about remmy they know exactly what to do because he is a very specialLittle patient of theirs. He is blind in right eye and has to use drops and has very serious anxiety attacks going to the groomers. They knew exact what meds to give him and they called it in to our local pharmacy. I can’t wait to meet this awesome staff here in 2 weeks. Thank you so much for caring for my little fur baby.

Ive used Monticello Animal Hospital for years. Dr. Rose is my vet. He is a great vet an I appreciate all he has done for my dogs. The staff are polite an professtionale. Dr. Rose helped me with Dadi, my male Pit Bull who had cancer. I went to 2 other wets who wouldnt help me because of my financese but Dr.Rose was worried about my dog. Not money!! I really appreciate him and all he did for me.

Prepare to be judged...Poor customer service on first and only visit. MY EXPERIENCE...Actions speak louder then words. If you have to say your compassionate, you probably aren't. I had cash in hand for services.

I've had great experience here. One of my cats actually likes going to his appointments here. He's a friendly little guy and a staff favorite. Thanks for taking care of our babies - especially Milo - the thousand dollar stray. I was given extraordinary service and the office manager is truly fantastic. Thanks again!

MAC is performing an ovary sparing spay today (OSS) for my dog, at no extra cost. This is a phenomenal "middle ground" vs a complete ovariohysterectomy (removal of uterus, ovaries, and cervix) which removes a dogs hormones and contributes to obesity, bone problems, and behavioral changes, etc. It does come with its own risks (like mammary tumors), and she'll still experience "heat" without the bleeding, but it's the right choice for my dog. My dog has the genetic markers for IVDD (slipped/herniated disc disease), which if she were to have her hormones removed via OVH, could cause her to become overweight and therefore increase her risk of an IVDD event, which could lead to a very expensive spinal repair surgery, and a diminished quality of life later on. Absolutely recommend this vet for anybody who believes dogs should keep their natural hormones. Thank you MAH!

The level of care offered here is outstanding. I have never felt more confident that my pets are in the best hands. The staff and doctors are compassionate and patient, which is so appreciated when struggling with a sick or dying friend. I can not recommend this group enough.
