“We hired three movers to assemble multiple pieces of Wayfair/Amazon furniture for a staging project. They arrived on time, were professional, and completed the work efficiently.
One bookcase was assembled incorrectly and had several unnecessary holes drilled into it. When I brought this to the company’s attention, Scott Weaver handled the situation exceptionally well. He immediately ordered a replacement, assembled it himself, and personally delivered it within a week.
Mistakes can happen — what matters is how they’re resolved. The follow-through and customer service we received were excellent, and I would confidently recommend this company.”
