Dr. Crawford was absolutely wonderful, and I enjoyed getting my eye exam.Multiple issues, related to office staff.1) I had to correct the last name, the address, and the phone number, as someone else made the appointment and gave their information. I also notified them that is a reasonable accomodation in accordance with and allowed by the federal Americans With Disabilities Act that I not me addressed, say, hear, or am forced to say any derivative of my birthname, and to change it right away.2) The nurse kept calling for me by a new, completely and altogether wrong last name, despite my having spelled it, when calling me for my appointment.3) After the appointment, I was getting my glasses and she had the wrong number and info - nothing had been changed. I tried explaining the insurance protocol for this (as I'm quite used to the routine) and she refused to change it, and said she'd just "make a note." ...yeah, the people before you were supposed to take care if it *at the time,* too.Give me an excuse to flex on you judiciallly if you violate my federal rights when you call me to tell me they're ready.

I've been coming to this location for over 2 years and they are always friendly. I've had issues with my order but they are always quick to fix them without any concerns. As I continue to stay within the area, I will continue to come to this location especially because of the tech and doctor within the facility!

If I could give my experience here a negative star I would. First of all the dr got my prescription completely wrong, so I have glasses that I can not use. Second, Client service is nonexistant, because even though the dr told me that he issued my prescription LITERALLY BACKWARDS, they still did not correct my glasses. The dr told me TO MY FACE AND OUT OF HIS MOUTH, to give my primary care doctors information, to the front desk, because he wanted me to have blood work done, and he would have his office call in the referral to my primary care physician . So it’s been over a week and I call his office only to be told that the dr didn’t tell me that!! Lmoa. So either the dr dosent know what’s going on, or his staff dosent know what’s going on. I’m thinking none of them know what’s going on. Point being, I’ve waisted 2 trips to this office, and still I have no glasses, no blood work has been ordered, but I guarantee my insurance has been billed. I’ve been seeing an eye dr since the 1st grade, and I’m now 44. This place is a joke, with no punchline . Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.Total garbage

They quoted me $100 over the phone for an examination with contacts and then by the time I got there, it was actually closer to $300. Costco, a 5 minute drive away actually charges $100-155 total for both glasses and contacts prescription - DONT GO HERE

I have a 9-year old daughter who wears thick lenses and we ordered 2 pairs of glasses from myeyedr. We kept having problems with them, they were cutting her behind her ears, so we continued to have them adjusted. None of the adjustments worked for her so I went back and complained. I told them I wanted my money back because she just couldn't wear either pair. We were told we couldn't get our money back but we could get 2 other pairs. We tried that but neither pair was better. She was cut so badly that her places got infected. I did document this to show them. They called us numerous times to tell us her glasses were in but we got there and they weren't, this went on for months until she had to stop wearing them altogether, keep in mind she is legally blind without her glasses. We had to go somewhere else for glasses. Her new glasses fit her perfectly.

Dr. Crawford and all the staff are really friendly and thorough. I didn't feel as though they just wanted to get us in and out They actually explained things, talked and made sure we didn't have any questions before leaving. Excellent care. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there for my family.

I have had two excellent experiences at MyEyeDoctor on Peter Jeffererson Pkwy in Pantops, Charlottesville, VA. Dr. Samantha Kayser is professional and personable. She thoroughly explains test and exam results and provides solid recommendations for eye care and corrective lenses (eyeglasses and contacts.) The staff is super helpful and always smiling and friendly. Recently I visited Dr. Kayser for a second opinion regarding cataract surgery. She was patient and explained the reason cataract surgery was indicated. I highly recommend MyEyeDoctor in Pantops for your eyecare. They are friendly, competent, and have a great selection of glasses and contacts!

I LOVE this eye doctor location. Dr.Mueller is the first eye doctor to get my prescription spot on where I don’t have to try on so many different trial contacts. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to be sure you are comfortable and able to see.Jacqui who helped me check out and order my contacts was truly amazing. She adjusted my glasses after another location really messed up and didn’t let me leave until I was truly comfortable and made sure my glasses truly looked comfortable on me. She has a wonderful personality and you can tell she truly cares about the patients too.I was Truly satisfied and always satisfied with my visit

I just had the nicest experience here! My 10-year-old’s glasses (which I had ordered through an online shop) met an unfortunate almost-demise in our yard this week, and I brought them into the Westfield location of myeyedr to see if anything could be done to salvage them. Stefan very graciously agreed to take a crack at it right on the spot, even though they hadn’t been purchased through the shop, and he worked magic to bring them back to life! He was so kind and insisted that I wasn’t able to pay for the fix. Excellent service and top-notch kindness!
