Not impressed,the owner is a get over.The lady that works with wigs was super nice and helpful.Thebowner just wanted to get over on selling knock off purses expensive prices.Take my advice, go elsewhere.

Needed to stop by before work and was happy to see their hours were earlier than other hair stores, but sadly they were NOT open at the posted time and I had to wait in the parking lot!

I bought one pair of salon shears. The owner charged me $63. It’s on me that I didn’t look it up and agreed to pay that ridiculous price. When I got to my car I looked it up and the same scissors are $25 online. I never make reviews but this place is a scam. It’s unfortunate because I like supporting small businesses but I will never go here again. $38 up-charge!? That’s a scam. I went back to ask for a refund two minutes after I left and she emailed when she said no refunds. She knew she scammed me. Google all the prices before you buy anything here!!!

Prices are getting higher, but the quality of hair is getting worse. Refuses to do refunds so forced to make unwanted purchases. Also, black people, why don't you support black hair business? I was a faithful customer, and she still refused to let me exchange a produce, that I had not used!!! She lost my business over a five dollar purchase. Go figure! There is one at Chic Hair, 512 Pantops Ctr, Charlottesville, VA 22911. They have reasonable prices and a variety of choices., own by African American.

Prices are high based on my experiences at other beauty supply stores in bigger cities that are cheaper. This is sad that they charge so much because there are limited options in this area. I can save money by ordering online instead.

This is the Absolutely worst so-called "Beauty Supply" store I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Barely any decent products , bundles, or wigs. Everything was old and dated, prices wayyy too high! The best thing about the store is the lady behind the register. She was very kind. Other than that..ITS A NO FOR ME! I suggest Richmond, Culpeper, or even Amazon is better...sorry!

The owner is really nice. My go to hair store. Not a good variety of nose rings . If you’re looking for more you may have to travel . Usually if you let her know she tries to keep it in stock .
