It’s so wonderful to still be able to take Hope’s class when we’re all socially distanced. And the option to have access to the class if 9 am just doesn’t work is genius. So grateful.
We are passionate about yoga and people. The NOWyoga family of teachers is made up of individuals who have a deep and abiding love for the practice of yoga. We spend hours on our own mats not just because it’s what we do, but because it’s who we are.
