“Chad and his team did an excellent job on a number of repairs my car needed and they got it done before my wife had to leave for a trip up north. I'm not a car guy and Chad took the time to explain to me what exactly was wrong and which things were most important to fix first. Their prices were great and I'll be taking my car back there exclusively for any future repairs. Finding a local shop you can trust greatly reduces the stress of dealing with car troubles; I just wish they worked on domestic cars so I could take all my vehicles there!
Update: It's been about a year since they worked on my daily driver so I took it back in to see if it needed anything done before I get an inspection in a few weeks. Car had no issues and I got great service from Chad and his team!”
“I own Charlottesville Gutter Pros and our shop is right next door to Jenkins. What a gift!! They service our entire fleet: Fords, Nissans, Chevy, and even our staff’s personal vehicles. I love their hours (open at 7am, open till late, and open Saturday) and they maintain a pretty fast turnaround most of the time. We haven’t had any negative experiences since we started 2022. Their office staff are sharp and on the ball. Very grateful for Jenkins and I recommend them!”

“Had a slow leak (screw in tire) and came here. It was the only place I went to in town that was able to see me as a walk in first thing in the morning. Ka-Tari was super helpful and friendly. I did have to wait a little over an hour but the waiting room has free snacks, drinks and wifi so it was fine. They were able to patch the tire so it was very reasonable and only $30. Definitely recommended!”

“After calling all over town all morning, this location was able to take me in for an oil change and state inspection, (a big ask to do all in a day) and it was fantastic!! every single person working was incredibly nice and helpful, even with a full waiting room, and I was in and out within 3 hours! Absolutely no “upselling” vibes and as a young woman I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or anything of the sort (which I have felt at other repair shops), I couldn’t be more pleased!! 100% recommend and will be coming back here again :)”

“Incredible experience! From the beginning as I sent emails asking for quotes on tires, the responses were quick and detailed. Adam was so helpful, kind, and informative. He offered great guidance in helping me decide on the tires. When I dropped off my vehicle to get the services I opted for, I received a call from Brandon and he was the same.....so helpful, kind and informative. There were some issues that were found with my car that needed attention (brake fluid, battery, etc.) and he explained all of them without any pressure at all for me to have these corrected while they had my car. I did not feel as though I was being hassled to do any of the suggested replacements (I did go ahead with some of them). He took time when I picked up the car to answer questions I had about my upcoming inspection as well. I was very pleased with the service I received and will recommend University Tire and Auto to others as well as continue using them for myself in the future (although I hope not to have car issues anytime soon).”
