First of all i wanna start this review by saying most of these “PEOPLE” that write these reviews. Clearly don’t have a clue on how they act. Ive seen so many customers over and over again treat the works as if they weren’t people to. They are not slaves, yes they have a job. So do you treat them with respect, or don’t go complaining about how they treat you the same way you are treating them. They are amazing people, who work hard and TRY to keep the store clean. If you Wonder WHY the store is unorganized, go look at a mirror and ask it again. Tracy Jimmie Goolsby, (former reviewer) POSTED under these reviews how she got into a argument with a manager and the manager walked away. I WAS THERE when that happened and honestly that is unexpected that she wrote how the manager walked away, but not the reason. TRACY decided to ask the manager if she was even american because of the accent she had. Racist much? Clearly shes as smart as she looks. Moral of this review is Treat PEOPLE the way you WANT to be TREATED!!

Very deceptive pricing gimmicks! I tried to buy 2 pairs of jeans that were clearly UNDER the sign that said 50% off. The manager was not only argumentative and arrogant, but walked off while arguing with me. I used to love shopping here, but with the deceptive marketing and horrible customer service- they have lost a customer!!

This Old Navy is BUSTED. None of the tees are folded properly. The jeans are falling out of shelving are not put back sized properly. The cash wrap does not face the door, so they don't even know who comes in, and that's vitally important because the workers could be folding and cleaning up the hot mess that is the place, and then see the customers that come in and then go back to the register. The fitting room is a disaster. Is there even a person in there? And who is running the clothes back? Oh and is anyone checking that the are put back on the hangers and the racks properly??? I don't think so. Your clearance section is abysmal. Does anyone even go check on that and re-rack it? This Old Navy is the worst excuse of properly run Old Navy. I'm shocked anyone finds anything there. Ugh. Get better staff. Hire better staff. I used to work for an Old Navy. Hire me. Your busted ass store would be looking good withing at max five days. Busted. Ya'll pathetic. GAP brands do better. Is Banana Republic this awful? Yes. Check out my review on them.

Awful!!! The manager is very disrespectful and very rude to customer. Walk away and leave and she goes behind the counter to her workers and starts talking about the customer to her staff. Just awful and then I ask for the customer service number to report them and she gave me wrong number and would not give me her name. What an awful manager you are at Old Navy Barrcks Roads

1 time of your store being an utter disaster at opening can be explained. Multiple times of your store looking like the below at opening is just inexcusable. The utter look of horror on my face as I walked through the store attempting to find anything I was looking for…
Hopefully this store will step up its game and make the store a pleasant shopping experience again. I plan to stick to the other GAP brands in Barracks for a while (Banana Republic Factory and Athleta) who offer much better customer service and a vastly more organized and enjoyable shopping experience. I can’t imagine that I will return to this store anytime soon except to return items ordered online.
