Speaking of a good fit, we always have a five star experience whenever we visit the Charlottesville Orvis location. Jake the store manager is our go to guy when shopping for our son, or myself. My wife and I know that he can show us exactly what we need for the occasion. Our most recent visit we needed to find something for our son's birthday and a few coordinating items to put aside for Christmas. Jake wears the brand well and is very knowledgeable. He has the perfect personality and you can tell he loves what he does. Now enough about Jake, let's talk about his amazing staff which is a great reflection of the excellent customer service and assistance you will receive in case Jake is out on the fly! There is always a great variety in store to choose from, as well as, free shipping in case you need to order your item. Just in case you just aren't sure what to choose, they have gift cards too.

I brought my 10 year old Barbour jacket in to take a look to see if the holes could be repaired and like magic it came back looking brand new. Unbelievable! Jake delivered amazing customer service and went the extra mile by mailing the jacket to my home address in Alexandria, VA. If a picture is worth a 1000 words check out my 10 year old jacket! I recently went on a fly fishing weekend trip with the staff from this Orvis and everything about the trip was perfect! The staff was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to ensure everyone had a great time. The shop itself offered excellent service getting me outfitted with the right flies and accessories for the trip too.Definitely looking forward to the next trip they plan!!
