Moving from a three-bedroom house into a one-bedroom apartment was overwhelming enough on its own, and trying to figure out storage options around Charlottesville felt like another full-time job. From day one at Prime Storage on Hunters Way, everything changed. Tracy F. and Rick R. were the kind of people you hope to meet when you’re stressed out and out of your depth—friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through every option without pressure, offered recommendations that actually made sense for my situation, and helped me find a solution that stayed within my budget.
The facility itself has been flawless. Gate access has worked every single time. The property is clean, well-kept, and feels genuinely secure. I’ve visited enough storage locations around Charlottesville to know that it’s not just about the company name on the sign—it’s the people behind the counter who make or break the experience.
Tracy and Rick went the extra mile, understood what I needed, and made the entire process easier than I ever expected.
