Customer service is absolutely amazing, phenomenal, kind, and personable. Staff are very helpful. The store has every thing needed for all pets, often with deals, and does not try to sell unneeded items. It features a self serve dog wash in house. The business participates in local adoption events, has live animals, and partners with local shelters, helping adoption days be a smooth transition. It is highly recommended as the best pet store in Charlottesville.

This store is absolutely amazing. They have such a wide selection of products for many different pets and such kind staff! They often have deals on products for us pet owners and are partnered up with local shelters for pets who are to be replaced soon! Best pet store in Charlottesville hands down!
