Asked 2 different people about getting some fish both said they will send someone over and continued stocking. I was standing by the fish for a good 20 minutes or more. Just left.

The ladies in grooming took very good care of my bear , they are very friendly and take the time to learn your dog and how to help them have a better experience, Carissa is a wonderful groomer and I highly recommend ! Will be going back

My dog Lucy just got groomed today by Frannie and she did a phenomenal job. Lucy got the schnauzer hair cut and Frannie made her look red carpet ready. I can tell that she took her time and took care of Lucy with the upmost kindness. I can't wait to book Lucy for her next grooming with Frannie!! Thank you so much!!

They clearly do not know how to groom. Do not take your dog here to be groomed.

I should sue PetSmart for psychologically damaging my poor lil dog. As a result of PetSmart cancelling her grooming appt (set a whole week ago!) I had to cut this poor trusting little dog's hair so she wouldn't overheat in this Virginia heat wave and transition to the big doggie park in the sky (that is, if she makes it to the doggie park in the sky). Now this poor simple-minded little dog is traumatized...running around growling at the clippers, afraid to inappropriately greet strangers overexcitedly like she used to because she's too self-conscious about her uneven ears and bald patches. The total look is just giving shelter dog mange. She went from a cute puppy that adults and kids loved to rush up to and pet to some kind of wild rabid rodent looking creature with a really bad haircut!
I know I have to forgive you PetSmart, but this one...this one, I'll never forget.

The groomers are very unprofessional. It is very hard to get an appointment. Once we finally got one, they cancelled on us day of. This grooming was for an important event, and now we have to scramble to find a solution. Very disappointed.
