I have painted 9 pieces of furniture with Good Bones paint. I used Safe, Break, Reef and a color they were able to create for me. The instruction I was given by the crew at Pigment was extremely helpful. It’s a fail-safe paint. I was so worried to paint my first piece and now I hunt for things to paint. My husband is just glad that I haven’t decided to paint the dog!

Christy has an amazing eye for color. She picked out all the colors for my 30-year-old house as well as painted some furniture pieces to match. The fresh, bright palette she created have given our house such a spacious yet warm, happy feel. Christy worked to create a space reflective of me and my tastes but using her incredible eye for color and design. I highly recommend her and her shop (she also has a wonderful crew working for her). I so look forward to using her again for our next house.

Thank you, PIGMENT, for my beautiful new (refurbished) four poster bed! They have finished furniture for me in the past, so I was already aware of the high quality of their work. When it came time to put together a realm for my daughter in our new home, there was no question who I would turn to for help - PIGMENT, of course! They are an absolute delight to work with, able to deliver exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner and at an affordable price. I will definitely refer my friends to them and look forward to getting to work with this wonderful crew again in the future.

We have had outstanding interactions with Christy Baker, Charles Davis, and Pigment Color/Design/Furniture as a company in general. They are prompt, professional, neat and have an exceptional eye for creativity. We brainstormed on several aspects for two murals that were painted on sides of buildings owned by Woodard Properties, and we could not be more pleased with the final results. They are priced competitively and have a broad scope of painting capacity outside of just murals (do yourself a favor and check out their showroom located in McIntire Plaza.) On top of their fantastic service, they are also great people and we look forward to working with them in the future.

I just had a fantastic experience working with Christy on a very custom and specific project for a friends 40th birthday. Christy made a life size board , cutout to match a photo of a person. Painted to look just like her, from the photo. We could not have been more pleased and I highly recommend Christy for specialized creations like this. It's something my friend will have forever. We had a WONDERFUL experience with Pigment. We recently purchased our first home in CVille and knew right away that the kitchen had to be re-done. We wanted to add some fun details and decided on a painted wood floor. Pigment (and Christy) came highly recommended. Upon reaching out, my email receive a response within 24 hours - I knew we were off to a good start. Christy came to our home that week to discuss options and provide creative direction. We spent some time going back and forth on designs and although I felt like I was being a bit too picky with all my changes and suggestions, Christy never made me feel that way. She continued to create new options and assure me that together we would create exactly what I was envisioning. Long story short, she made it happen. It was such a lovely experience, both working with Christy and in the end getting exactly what we have hoped for; in fact right after she completed painting the wood floors, we began conversing about another project that would like to enroll her in. I highly recommend working with Pigment if you are looking to add a creative flair to your home. We were very impressed and grateful.

Christy and the gang are amazing at transforming the everyday to the unusual! All done with professionalism and flexibility, she has paint colors available that one has never even thought of!!! Her crew, including Piedmont Painters, took two white, wicker chairs and created two beautiful eggplant-colored chairs. Bonus--her husband works with leather, and has skill in upholstering, as well. Love, love, love :)

I hired Christy to do a color consultation on a house we bought. It was in desperate need of a make over, having never been updated since the 1970s. She patiently walked with me through each room as I explained my vision and helped me chose colors that worked in each room given the lighting, flooring, and other considerations. We took her advice and haven't regretted it! The house looks amazing! Not to mention, the consultation was really affordable.
