workers were extremely kind! went through my stuff with in a hour while i shopped in the rio stores they bought 11 of my items much more than uptown cheapskate did. i absolutely love this store and buy 99% of my clothing here ! prices are much better than the comparing stores and often times better items

I have been selling clothes for over a year now and all of a sudden it’s become a problem with management ! I got a text recent days ago from Scott the manager saying I had to make an appointment and have his wife being the one and only to to through my bags !And and that I can only come Monday - Thursday from 8-4 and I had to call before I came in to drop off ! There policy has always been first come first serve for over a year now as I know , all of a sudden it’s an issue ! I’ve been a loyal customer to them and this is the way I get treated !I have encounter rudeness and unfriendliness there also at Plato’s and being treated so unfair and discriminated against ! I told told them that I was contacting a lawyer and they banned from the store !ehat kind of business are they running ! They even had my name on top of the list of regular sellers that came in on a regular basis at the register ! I have gotten bags back folded up just like I had them and never been looked at ! This is not the place you want to do business with! They banned from the store apparently because I give them to much business coming in on a regular basis but I see regulars every time I sell to them so what is the problem here ! They have and had employees wearing the skimmpist clothes while working there , I witness this myself , mostly young girls showing their bodies , it’s disgusting ! I’d advise you to take your business elsewhere , I would give it zero stars if it had a option to do so , I’ll be proud to take my business somewhere else’s ! I’m contacting a lawyer and turning them in to the better business bureau !?

Sad to see a formerly friendly shop ruined by toxic management. Just look at how management has responded to other people's negative reviews of this shop, they are completely in denial.

Went to sell brand new clothes that was not even worn they were to small for my grandson they didn't even look at them made me wait in the store while they supposedly checked them out well my grandson was there and said they never looked at them she just didn't like our looks so she had already decided she was going to even look at them Don't waste your time on this store they will lie straight to you face if I could give them a zero I would
