DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased a brand new car and the detailing department absolutely destroyed the car (scratches on the bumper, tailgate, center console screen, etc.). They were able to fix the scratch on the bumper but that's it. The sentinal that was applied left chunks of wax all over the car and has left water marks on all the glass that will not come off. It has been an absolute nightmare and I will never go back to this dealership. I have been attempting to get in touch with Chris, the GM, and he has refused to return my calls or do anything to correct the situation. If you buy from this dealership, take the vehicle and run! Do not take any upgraded warranties or services.

I am so grateful for the excellent customer service I've always received here, especially from Warren Loeser. I've bought 2 vehicles from here. Both times I needed a car fast after something unexpected happened and was very stressed. Warren went so above and beyond to help me both times. In August 2023, someone hit and totaled my car. Warren got me into a new car that I love even though I'm on a tight budget. And he helped me get into it way faster than anyone else could have with the shortage of vehicles (less than a week). He always treats me like a friend and does all he can to help me out. You can trust he will always be honest and help you the best he can.

This dealership is incredibly rude. We had a car towed there to be looked at under recall, and I could not believe how rude they were over the phone. I have never called a place of business and had so many people yell at me and hang up the phone on me. We eventually had to get our car towed to another Hyundai dealer farther from our house, and they were not much help either. I would not recommend this dealership or Hyundai in general, as they do not honor their recalls, or their customers.

According to their own staff, they are understaffed and over-booked.Waited OVER A MONTH for a service appointment. Not only did they not fix the problem, the car now cannot be driven at all and is being towed to a highly recommended independent car repair facility.

Worse dealership. The lady on hyundai service department was very rude on phone for no reason. And i was getting appointment for oil change after 22 days.

We came in looking for help because our 2022 Tucson was very low on engine coolant during a road trip. Warren and the service staff were incredibly helpful. We expected this issue to take most of the day since we didn’t have an appointment - but we were able to fill up on the spot and continue on our trip!

I don't recommend this dealership based on my last experience here. My family and I have bought two cars from this dealership over the years. When I was car shopping to trade my stick shift in that I bought here for an automatic, I was looking at a car here and the same car at another Hyundai dealership in VA. I negotiated a best offer at both dealerships, and the other dealership's price was almost $1,000 less. I called this place from the other dealership one final time to see if they'd come down in price. Even if they could have matched the price, I would have bought it here because its much closer to where i live. The manager here, Chris Gleason, said they couldn't come down anymore, so I ended up purchasing the car from the other dealership. The following week, Price Hyundai followed up with me and when I told Chris, that I purchased a vehicle from another dealership because it saved me $1,000 he proceeded to yell at me loudly on the phone, "Why didn't you tell me you were at another dealership?!! Well I hope you're happy with it and dont mind driving all the way there when you need something, because don't bother bringing it here for servicing!" Then he hung up. I know we all have bad days, but I never got a follow-up call apologizing or anything.I've worked many years in sales and that kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for a manager. I will never buy another car from this place.

We just bought our 5th Hyundai (Santa Fe) at Jim Price Hyundai.From Daniel Cole in the Service Department to Warren Loeser in sales, we got exceptional service. And a special thanks to Chris, Ray and Larry for bringing it all together. Could not have done it without you gentlemen. Their patience and understanding is very much appreciated.

I bought a new Hyundai. Nothing wrong with the dealership but at 7000 miles my Bluetooth broke and it's been in the shop once already for a replacement part. This car sucks and I would never recommend Hyundai or buy another one

Today I made the mistake of letting my car run too close to empty and started to break down on the road. I pulled into the first turn to avoid being in the road as my car sputtered to a stop. I had pulled into the Hyundai parking lot and was overwhelmed being alone and panicked. I asked if it was okay that I waited while my ride came to get gas for me and they said that was ok. While waiting, another worker Warren Loeser came up to my car and asked me what happened and said he would be back with some gas and a funnel. Him and their mechanic gave me enough gas too help my car restart as well as check the engine and make sure it started before they left me. He wouldn’t accept any money from me! I am incredibly gracious for their kindness in what could be a otherwise scary situation. I will be much more careful getting close to empty next time but I feel so lucky I managed to break down here with such kind and caring workers that restore my faith in humanity!

Still pricing with a market adjustment. Even during a recession this dealer has no problem padding its pockets. Shop around as there are plenty of other places who are not marking up.

Just bought a new Hyundai Kona N. This is my 2nd vehicle bought from Jim Price. I used TrueCar to get the initial quote. Very easy low pressure negotiation and the deal was done. Their online sales (Cindy) and in person (Warren) made the process so easy.I had financing in place, however Hyundai Motor Finance just cant be beat with their rates so I opted for the current HMF rate. The finance process was mostly electronic and again super smooth. Went through the usual service offerings, but again, there was zero pressure. Signed and out the door in 40mins.

I was able to book my appointment online quickly, the ladies at service were great and the waiting area was clean and pleasant. Techs did a thorough job with my maintenance requests and the wait time wasn't too long. Overall I was very pleased with my first visit here and I will be coming back next time I need a service!
