These guys are great- they have been super helpful. We have had a lot of deliveries and in and out here and they have always been super informative and helped us get things taken care of. Also love using the app to work the gate- that is neat too!

After 6 months Public Storage jacked up my rental unit cost by $50.00. It is unacceptable to rent a unit at one price and then up the cost by $50.

I can’t say enough good things about the Public Storage in Charlottesville! I moved here from Alabama and my apartment wasn’t quite ready for me to move in so I had to find somewhere to store my stuff. I needed a short term lease, and I’m glad I found Public Storage. The entire process has been seamless and superb customer service has been provided. I was able to find a storage unit the same day I called the office and moved in right then and there. Then as we were done unloading the truck, my dad accidentally closed the tailgate door on the lock (which still had the key in it resulting in the key breaking in the lock). The front desk attendant was so nice in assisting me in getting a new lock. I’m so thankful for the courteous customer service that has been given to this out of towner! If you’re looking for a safe, reliable customer oriented place to store your stuff in Charlottesville, look no further than Public Storage.

Dave was an excellent customer service manager he answered all of my questions and told me about the storage information including pricing and mentioned the app on how I can pay my storage bill each month this is my first time using Public Storage
