I got my windshield replaced promptly and it looks nice , but the tech was careless not tightening the bolt for the drivers side wiper blade . This caused the wipers to cross cross and broke the drivers side blade . I was lucky I tested it parked , if it was done at high speed the wipers would have flown off and the metal stem holder would have cracked the windshield . Which would have required a new windshield

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Got my Outback windshield replaced last November and was unimpressed by the shop, attitude and service. When I got my car back, they had messed up the settings linked to the EyeSight system. Then, during the winter the seal around the bottom of the windshield came loose. Finally, a month ago I noticed water was leaking from the top of the windshield down onto my dashboard during storms. The work was obviously done carelessly. It's still under warranty but I'm going to pay to get the windshield repaired (probably replaced) by someone who knows what they're doing.

It took 5 trips to get the right windshield. The first guy took it all apart before noticing it was the wrong windshield. He was on the phone the whole time and not really paying attention. Each other person was pleasant.
They made it right monetarily but waiting on 4 different days for nothing was not how I wanted to spend my time.

Scheduling appointment with representative over the phone was extremely easy & technician (Niko) was extremely skilled and had excellent communication throughout the entire process!!
Windshield was removed and replaced within about 1 hour or so!
Thankfully I had $0.00 (Zero) Glass deductible with my Auto policy as it saved me over $500 in this scenario.

The Safelite technician did an excellent job in replacing and calibrating my windshield. I will definitely use Safelite again.
