4 stars instead of 5 because of the website more than the shop. When making online appointment, doesn't tell you that you are not getting OEM part. That was revealed to me at the shop. Extra time to order and of course more money. Which I can understand but would be great if the option was made available during online booking. Staff was great and the work was done professionally.

They have a lot of trouble doing a simple job that consists of just replacing a glass. They prefer it to be a new car or in perfect condition. Old cars don't work.

Quick and easy. 4 stars because the guy at the front desk locked eyes with me and I felt like he saw something in my car that made him want to erase me. I would recommend their services.

I will never go back. My windshield had to be fixed so it could pass inspection. It didn't! They did bot replace the wibdow they tried to patch it. I asked the tech if it would pass and he said yes

Put 4 dents in the body of the paint. Looks like a screw driver was used to pry the old window out. Nothing will be done. Put the window in 3times. 3 trips to the physical location. Stay away

My (wife’s) radio was damaged by the install, my fluid line was disconnected and the windshield wiper was bent out of spec and I obviously wasn’t happy since we have had this car less than 90 days.HOWEVER,The Manager, Bryan, was exceptional. His communication is on point and was able to fix the wiper and line on the spot. The radio was offered to be completely replaced, which would’ve been about a grand+ or the full 500 deductible back. He maintained professionalism through my not so professional expression of displeasure with the situation and seemed very sincere with his care in customer service. I can’t guarantee your car will come back in the way you brought it, I however can very confidently guarantee you will be taken care of by the management. This is why, despite possibly having an inspector that quite possibly needs to be trained on how to actually do the inspection part of his job, you know, as an inspector, I am awarding 5 stars. If this kind of “whoopsy daisies, I kind of missed 3 unsat discrepancies” situation is a common occurrence, Bryan absolutely deserves to be promoted or paid more or both. Only the top tier of managers can handle the bottom tear of negligence to this degree, and still very much earn 5 stars. Congratulations Safelite, whoever hired this man also deserves some sort of bonus, as their judgment is obviously a valuable asset.Lastly, the lady at the front desk (I missed her name) was also extremely helpful so big credit to her as well.

Kevin came out just 3 hours after I requested a windshield fix. The results were fantastic, he explained everything, and was great to talk to while he worked. 10/10 great job

Again, it’s my fault for trying to do business with this franchise. 2nd time I’ve had scheduled appointment to only have it cancelled or “ ..we will try to fit you in.” Four years between attempts to get service here. Both times I have found another reputable local company to do the job. Stay away from this place. Not friendly to its customer base.

I've been here twice for a windshield replacement and both times the service was great. It's easy to schedule online, the prices seem to be average for the area, and the people that work there are nice!

The top of my screen was somehow scratched by one of the technicians. My wipers look like they are going to fall off the windshield every time I turn them on. I've only had my new car for a little over a month and I know it has not been by me. As soon as I picked up my car I noticed the scratches but my safelite closed at 5pm that day. Going to call today to see about getting at least my wipes fixed and ask what can be done about my scratches but I'm not hoping to be fixed since it looks like it can't. Very disappointed

Overpriced and ill-informed. They wanted $1,700 for a job that I had done elsewhere for $400. They sent a technician out to fix some chips on a different vehicle and his work ethic was just as poor as his intelligence. Albemarle glassworks is great, definitely go with them.

We used Safelite for the first time after I had a chip in my windshield. Setting up the appointment was simple. The tech (Alex) came during the scheduled time and was very friendly and informative. Highly recommend!

Really awesome experience. My installer did a great job, and everything went smoothly. He apologized for it taking a while (around an hour and a half),which to me wasn't long at all. Especially considering he was doing something I could never do myself - so how could I ever complain about how long it takes? I highly recommend this location. The process was truly seamless. They even let me take a chair outside to sit in the nice weather and read while I waited!

Ka-tari called when he was on his way, and confirmed all the details of my appointment. He gave me all the information about the warranty, and finished the job in a timely manner. Made sure I was aware of all the things I should wait to do after a window replacement.
