I went to Sally Beauty today looking for a color to match my natural hair. The employees helped me find the perfect color and explained everything I needed for the process. Amazing customer service and friendly staff members.

I went to a hair salon today to have my blonde roots touched up and it was not what I wanted at all. My whole top of my head was yellow bleach blonde starting right at the scalp. I went to Sally’s and explained that I needed to fix my hair asap but still keep it blonde. They recommended an Ash blonde color to apply to my roots to help darken and take the yellow out! And it looks so much better now!! So shoutout to the two girls who helped me get my hair back to normal ❤️

Tried to go to the store today at 4pm but the door was locked and lights were off. The hours posted said 10am-7pm.I peered in the door and saw a piece of paper on the register that said “closed. I quit!” There’s the attached picture but there’s a reflection from taking the picture through the door.Either call them to see if they’re actually staffed & open or go some place else

I showed a picture of the conditioner that I wanted and she handed me a bottle of the wrong thing.. got home an let her know and she said come back I'm sorry and I said do you have this conditioner I asked for an showed you a pic.. she said No.. so now this making no sense to me why you would want me back knowing you don't carry it an being the only Sally in chville... I said I would take it out of town with me and see what I can do... Why me... I don't know... Why the runaround bull.. I don't know..

I have not been to this Sally’s location before yesterday. I entered the store and immediately the employee greeted me pleasantly. She asked if she could help me find something and I explained I was looking for a lavender semi-permanent hair dye. She ran down the aisle, quickly grabbed a lavender off the shelf and put it in my arms. She then asked if I needed anything else and proceeded to help me find a few more items I needed. When I told her I would like to browse the lavender colors and brands, she responded with “I wouldn’t recommend that” and gave me reasons she felt like the one she picked was best. I started looking at other products on the shelf anyway, and she hovered over me with her arms folded. I felt pressured and couldn’t focus on reading product descriptions, so I checked out. Turns out she sold me a “tint” color, which is not what I told her I was looking for. I’m headed back tomorrow to see if I can find a product more in line with my needs and hopefully have a better experience. PROS: great selection (from what I could tell in the 6 minutes I was in the store), clean and organized, the employee knew exactly where all products I needed were located. CON: the employee, while smiling, was pushy and impatient to get me in and out the door.

I called in and spoke to a representative there (I would share her name but I'm not sure if she would be comfortable with that) she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find a product for me that would fit my needs. She also went out of her way to help educate me on how to use the products. I look forward to working with this Sally Beauty in the future due to the customer service that I have received there.

I went in to Sally’s looking for a product I already used and then I was also looking for edge control product. Keisha was very helpful she listened to my concerns about typical edge control products how the have to be rinsed out. She suggested a children’s product which was great thinking out of the box because it provided a hold without being waxy. I tired it and was very happy with how it felt applying it and the next morning my hair didn’t feel plastered to my head. I certainly recommend asking Keisha for help if you have a question. She is a very knowledgeable young lady who loves her job.

If I can give u a negative-100 u are getting it. I brought clippers not once did they say final sale. COVID-19 was told hold on to them. Sorry I won’t give you my business anymore.. what a poor policy you have, staff should let people know before u buy and then get a darn receipt with fine print.

I found the right nail polish with the great help from the cashier. I was looking for a red that was closest to what I was wearing. Had 3 selections. She opened all 3 and put some on a piece of paper explaining that reds are tricky. We selected the closest to my shade. She was great!!!

I've been going to Sally's @ Rio Hill for over 10 yrs. I needed to pick up some hair products before going to the gym so I ran into the Sally's on Merchants Walk. The staff followed me around the store & looked at me like I had three heads. Women of color should not spend one dime in this store. With the amount of money women of color spend on hair care products, you would think we would be treated like VIPs. Never again will I go Sally's on Merchant Walk.
