Gas is always cheaper here. Warning if you use shell gas points system this place is a major headache using them. I used it yesterday and in the middle of gas dispensing it shuts off l go inside and if something wrong with the pump service attendant responds o pump3 shuts off sometimes just restart l just lost my points for the remaining gallons l could’ve pumped. Please fix your gas dispensers

I went to the station at 1150 on s Saturday night. There was a car sitting outside waiting to pick someone up. I wish the store stayed open. I wanted to purchase gas and some items.

Hispanic lady at the cashier did not give me a chance to tell her I wanted to put my shell number in. I gave her the cash and before I even got to say I was to put my rewards number in she said, “you should have told me before,” but I was not even done talking. There does my reward for this week.

There was a very strange white man walking around outside asking for money . He had a tattoo of a rabbit and a tattoo of a swastika on his arm . He made me uncomfortable and uneasy . Otherwise , this shell station on 5th street is great ! I had just eaten at the Burger King next door and stopped to fill my tank

The absolutely worst pump machines in town- nothing ever works right. According to those reviews, obviously management could careless. I don't see how they will last as a business with Wawa coming in town.

The female Hispanic manager was very rude and clearly needs better customer service training. Her behavior was so off-putting that I decided not to place my order and will not be returning.
If she doesn’t improve, they WILL struggle against the Wawa coming across the street. I understand now why I prefer shopping at the Market, where customers are treated well.

I was in a rush, and I stopped in to get gas. The pump did not work, so I went inside and asked the attendant what I should do. She did not seem like she could've cared less, and said something that was unintelligible. I asked her if I should go try it again and she nodded. I went back out and tried it again, and of course it still didn't work. I went back inside once again, and she was helping out a customer and I told her that it still wasn't working and she didn't even respond. I told her again that it wasn't working, and she seemed completely disinterested in my problem and told me to wait. That was it, I had enough, so I left and got gas at the Exxon across the street, which actually has functioning pumps.

This station uses the old pay method that keeps your card locked even if the transaction is canceled. The pump failed to read my card 3 times and each time it would hold my card for several seconds which is very frustrating. Just go across the street instead.

It seems kinda pointless and deceptive to have vending machines outside that don't work, but also offer the same drinks inside for a higher price. Its easier to just go to the Exxon across the street.

Pretty Kool store I go for the gas my transactions are quick and easy but this store is NOT 23 HOUR AT ALL THEY CLOSE AT LIKE 8 EVERY DAY LOL THAT'S FUNNY THEY HAVE 24 HOURS BUT NOT EVEN CLOSE BUDDY
