Honestly the best staples I've been too! I'm a marketer and I cover the whole state of Virginia and I've been to so many different Staples this one's the only one that their customer service is on point they're super helpful ready to help at the printer is ready to help in store whenever you need anything if you have questions they're ready to help they're all super polite and use their manners very well I'm very highly impressed with their service definitely my favorite Staples out of all the ones I've been to

Service at this location is painfully slow and the staff is just disinterested and apathetic to what’s going on around them. On my last visit they “misplaced” my Amazon return, so I’m out the $50 for my item. Will not be returning.

I went there looking to turn in some empty ink cartridges and buy replacements. The manager there spend time with me to help me understand detailed options that assisted me in choosing to buy a new printer at a price that more than justified the purchase instead of just the cartridges. It was an excellent experience and was way above my expectations. I highly recommend this Staples location.

I don't know what's going on here, the inside of the place looked like a dump. Debris, dust and gunk on the floor everywhere. Like no one had vacuumed in months. Every aisle was like this. The whole place felt dead inside. Employees standing around looking confused.
Staples corporate, if you can see this, get someone in there to clean it up and infuse some life, please.

Great service. Great people in the store. It is rare now-a-days to find a store with employees who care and are helpful. I highly recommend this Staples and I am sure other Staples stores are equally as well staffed.

Excellent business card printing. Using my own custom designs for ordering & customizing online was easy. The order was ready in under two hours. Store associates at pick-up were friendly and efficient and the cards were quite professional and cost-effective. A pleasant experience.
