The experience has been trouble free and the team in Charlottelville are very helpful. The only thing that we found rather unreasonable and disappointing, was that although we vacated the unit mid month there is no pro-rata refund of the full months rental.

I have rented from other facilities in town and this place is the best. I appreciate the excellent customer service Brian and Kip provide. They keep the facility super clean. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. They have a good number of different size carts available. I also really appreciate that they dont use deceptive tactics with their pricing like some other places in town.
The only thing I wish they had that they don't is working front and rear brakes on the cart wheels. The parking lot is not level, especially at the entrance, and the carts like to roll away from me when I have to let go to put in my code or when I load and unload my car.
Overall though, I highly recommend this place out of all the options in Cville!

Having never rented a storage unit before, I had no idea what to expect…I’m so happy I chose Storage Sense in large part thanks to Brian the manager. He was so friendly, patient, and professional!! He made the rental process so easy and easy to understand! Storage Sense is incredibly clean and has all the safety features to make one feel comfortable being there “after hours.” I won’t hesitate to use Storage Sense again for my storage needs!! A+++++

Storage Sense of Charlottesville is exceptional in every way: conveniently located, affordable, secure, easy to access, super clean, great hours, and excellent staff. Kim was kind and knowledgeable, as was Brian, who went above and beyond to help me with my unit on numerous occasions (a truly kind individual that cares about his customers experience).
