I'm still fairly new to this bank, and my business is still in its infancy. However, I see a lot of potential here, especially with the help I've received. Jasmine has been instrumental in setting up my account and managing other enrollments. She's incredibly easy to talk to, makes you feel at ease, and explains everything clearly. She's truly one of the best bank service representatives I’ve ever encountered.

Worst bank I’ve ever worked with. Told me Saturday when I called my check would be available Monday. Then today I call and they said it will not be available until the 27th and that there was nothing they could do. Worst people working for them. Will be closing my account with them after my money posts

Service is very super slow. They have three people working and i had to wait for 15 minutes. But I am very happy with service I got once I got there. They were helpful, friendly and polite. Thank you.

The one star is for the awesome tellers that they have. The manager is a bit unprofessional... I received a check, they held the majority of it for over a week, I had enough in my account to cash it a couple of times.Atlantic Union didn't put hold on a check almost 2x this amount. Why?

Service is very slow. The ATM is located on the inside lane of the drive thru. You cannot get to the ATM if the two drive thru are busy. Need to move the ATM.

This bank is extremely mismanaged! I wouldn’t stay with them if I wasn’t so deeply rooted with bb&t before they merged with suntrust and became Truist. The regular level employees in the bank are great extremely hard working people it’s the lack of employees to service the large amount of customers that’s the problem. An upper level management employee told me 3 months ago that they had this problem under control and had lots of new help graduating from classes and there wouldn’t be no more long slow moving lines every time I come into the bank or use the drive up window. Unfortunately nothing has changed. If you are debating becoming a Truist customer I would look elsewhere unless you don’t mind spending anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour standing in line as you watch 2 tellers try there hardest to service 20 customers. Oh yea, I should probably mention that their ATMs are constantly breaking and out of service.

Truist cancelled my VISA card for a $2.99 charge that they suspected rather than put a hold on the charge. Now I have no card for 3 to 5 days and the local office did not return my request to call on their answering machine.

This location is consistently slow as dirt. If you want to make a deposit or a withdrawal in the drive-through you need to budget 20 minutes minimum. I've also had them ask for a transaction list for "signature verification" on multiple occasions. In 15 years of banking and making weekly withdrawals I've never had any other location ask for that.

Consistently very slow, even compared to other truist locations.I have to open a store less than 20 seconds from thier drive through and I give myself 20 min for deposits in the morning and at least half the time lately I've had to get out of line to get to my store to open in time.Even when the line is empty it's at least 10 min to make a small (sub $200) cash deposit. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or they have a poorly optimized workflow but it's disruptive and far too time consuming for such simple transactions.

Suntrust charges $7.00 for checks drawn off of Suntrust, if you're not a customer. Penny pinching bank! You should have your employees generate sales and stop pinching people trying to cash checks drawn off of your bank. Won't be doing any sort of business with Suntrust!!

Terrible! Representative Mary Gentry cancelled my credit card without my permission. I had "15 Pending Transactions" that have cost me over $800 in fees. I found out later that she was supposed to show me a list of things to consider before cancelling the account which was not presented to me. I don't work for a bank and I know that there is the possibility of pending transactions. Why should I get charged for these transactions when it was her doing?? I never had a problem with Suntrust before the merger with Truist. It's only been a few months and I could see the changes that have been made by this bank. A customer no more!
