Stay away at all costs. This is not a corporate tmobile store its a franchise. The rules that apply to the corporate stores dont apply to this one. Went to return the old phone I upgraded and as they finished i asked for a receipt so i could have proof i returned the phone. Would not provide one. Odd since i had just done the exact same thing at the store in the same town on 29 north. They INSISTED that was the way it worked. I asked how i could show i returned the phone without a receipt with a date of return on it (which again i received THE DAY BEFORE at another store). Manager said “it was not her problem.” Went to the 29 north store where i returned my phone, got my receipt, and got my text right away confirming the return. Go the 29 north store - you wont regret it.

Asked for a recommendation for a compatible phone for my son that doesn't have Internet. ( something like the gab phone, which requires it's own service plan.) The woman actually told me to " look online."

Was just in there I work jobs that deal with ppl on the regular and even when I have an attitude I don’t mess up other ppls day, I was already frustrated and your employee name starts w/ (A.). I left b/c her stank mood won’t go back to that store ever again, idc how convenient it is??

I can’t even begin to express how lied to and swindled I feel.I had worked with Tarin who had originally messed up a promotion and was trying to fix it their “fix” ruined the promotion for me. One of their managers was there with her and co-signed this fix.Spoke with Sergio the DM and he was literally so unapologetic to the mistakes made on every level by his team members and co worker.Now I’m left with the balance on my phone that I had initially tried to pay off.They did offer me a credit towards my account but not my phone which was the original issue.I honestly left in tears because I have never felt so taken advantage of by a company in my life.So disgusting on all levels

Enter at your own risk! Some of the agents seemed great, but my experience with Alicia (manager) was horrible. I will not describe her manner except to say that it was far from what I would expect from a retail store manager. And when I got home I discovered unauthorized charges on my account that I am still trying to resolve after many hours on the phone with customer service. I went in to have a faulty SIM card replaced, but someone charged $199.97 to my account for purchases I did not make (headphones or something). I did not buy anything; the SIM card replacement was free. There was also a password reset message in my email. Now there is a new charge of $99.99 for a flip phone. (I didn't buy one and don't even have a phone on that line.)

The girls who work here are extremely kind and helpful. They were super sweet and patient. It made my day that much better. Just a wonderful experience overall. Thank you guys again for the umbrella!

Last month my cellphone service was switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, triggering some changes on my cell. I was warmly greeted by the manager at the 5th Street Station's store, and quickly referred to Taryn England, who is a great listener, obviously very knowledgeable, informative, and who quickly resolved the problems I had. I was so impressed, I decided to consult Taryn about a T-Mobile promotion problem my son had. Since I didn't know all the details, I called my son and gave Taryn my cell to talk with him. My son and I were both impressed with the questions Taryn asked him and with Taryn's understanding of the problem and recommendations of how to resolve it. I congratulate T-Mobile for having employees like Taryn, and my son and I are grateful for Taryn's help.

Long waits, severely understaffed, staff also not properly trained to upgrade phones. Lacking knowledge in basic TMobile upgrade policies.
