We received good customer service but the unisex bathroom was sooooo ??????....I had my small children with me and we were all mortified. This should not be hard to wipe w some cleaner or mop. This has been here for a long time they obviously do not care

T-Mobile on 5th Street worse customer service experience ever. They sent my son home with a phone that wasn’t working and said it would update I’m not pointing fault at the young lady. It was what happened afterwards the next day when I called to try to get them to correct the issue I’m al loud talker by nature, and I was told that if my son came up there, they were going to get him for trespassing because of how I spoke to them, which is nonsense I was clearly just asking them to correct the problem. I would never recommend anyone go to that store but I am very thankful for the 29 and fashion square mall locations everyone that I spoke to was so helpful and compassionate, they were eager to help fix my son’s phone and that’s what customer service is about. The young men working on 5th Street clearly don’t have a clue what it’s like nor do they have any compassion for their customers and I wouldn’t spend a dollar in their store and I hope they shut it down.

We visited this store on 04 August afternoon. A sales representative named Heather Herring was extremely rude. We were interested in purchasing wireless plan of T mobile but due to her behaviour we backed off. At first she claimed if she had explained the packages to one of our group members who had visited the store in the morning , she won't repeat the packages to us. Then, we asked her several times about the lowest package available in T mobile for students like us, she persistently presented us the costly packages. When we asked her about a cheap package by showing a picture of a brochure of T mobile, she immediately behaved rudely as if it was our fault! As an employee of a renowned company, she should have the proper capability and minimum patience to handle customers. Totally disappointing.

Great customer service. Alyssa is great. My phone was shut down for 2 days. I came to T-Mobile, and Alyssa fixed it. Saved me to buy a new phone.Thanks for helping.

If I hadn’t paid online I wouldn’t have switched to T-mobile with the experience I had at this store. I walked in and none of the employees acknowledged me. When someone finally did walk up to me and I tried to explain that I set up an account online, the employees demeanor changed. He walked away from me without telling me what was going on. He started talking to another employee and both ignored me and displayed body language indicating their irritation and demonstrated an instant complacency toward me as the customer. Both employees went to the back without communicating to me. When one employee came back out I tried to give him my account information but he didn’t appear interested in helping me at this point and kept asking me questions that didn’t have anything to do with providing me the devices I needed for my account. I explained that I had to be 45 minutes away and was running out of time and the employee had the gall to state that he would be happy to help me once I answered his inappropriate and irrelevant line of questioning. This employee’s attitude was outright lazy and rude and his outward appearance and attitude toward his job was sloppy and unprofessional. To delay a customer and hold their time hostage is incredibly egregious and abhorrent. These individuals wasted 20 minutes of my time and as far as I’m concerned refused to assist me.

Phenomenal customer service. Great advice for options and have helped save me by getting my kids' phones to work again. Can't recommend then enough. Christy, Trace, and the whole crew have been nothing but great to us.

Awful service, I came in today Feb 27 2023 and the lady (long blond hair) was rude like she doesn't like her job... laughable tho, poor lady change job your face look so miserable.

I will never visit this store again, go to any other tmobile store. I was shocked by the rudeness and the lack of help by the staff, Jordan was very condescending and very disrespectful when i went in to simply return my router because i could not get home internet at my new home, i had already talked with customer care and they told me to just take the router back to store, she would not accept the router without a receipt, i and also said she couldn’t help me because i didn’t have the exact date i started the home internet which was over a year ago, who remembers exact dates????? she then told me she can’t help me and had me late for work i’m seriously thinking about canceling account because of the customer service and i talked to customer care today they said she should have called them if she didn’t know how to do this not had me leave and figure it out myself. never again!!

Worst experience. Was told by one team member to come back next day. Came back and of course they acted like I was a ghost. Way to go to lie to not only a customer but someone from your own trans community. Still have a phone that does not work properly. Also the little skinny white woman at Charlottesville 29 office your racist attitude oozes all over your prejudice body.
