I like Target but, we just don't answer the phone as a business? Tried calling a few times and the 1 time someone actually answered the call dropped and the other someone picked up up, didn't say anything, put the phone back and I could hear chatter in the back. You'd think a business would pick the phone back up after being called again just to ask a question. I'll fix my review if I can get this problem solved.

Nice people. Just very physically and mentally slow. Impossible to spend less than 30 minutes in there. Spent 15 minutes in line waiting for two people to stop talking and open a working register. Too busy worrying about who's register is who's and less about what register can be used to take care of the five customers waiting in line.

My daughter was there Friday morning 5/9 and did not get her bagged items. She had a large lawn chair in the cart and thought the bag was under it. When she went back the manager told her he couldn't do anything about it then but give him her name and number and they would check camera's and call her. He tookl a picture of the receipt. Crickets...no one answers the phone we have tried multiple times. It should not take this long to look at the cameras. Looks like we are out 70$ Do better Target.

This place sold me a used Nintendo switch oled for a little over $360. The switch'es joy sticks had wear n tear, it would not charge correctly and it had a game chip already in it so I know someone was playing it. It's crazy that they would pass off an old used video game as a new product. They did refund my money but I'll never shop there again and suggest anyone shopping there inspect anything you purchase while your there and make sure it works correctly me myself am not going back i went to Bestbuy and picked one up there. It's unbelievable BUT true so y'all watch out when shopping there.

This is a very nice Target location. It is very clean and organized, and the Starbucks inside is perfect. The only thing I would add is that the somes sections are not as extensive as others that I have been too, and some items are hard to find. Otherwise, a great place to go!

Writing this here because the app refuses to let me write a review there. Originally purchased a Samsung TV from Target and it was delivered with a shattered TV. Drove to the store to do an exchange. Unfortunately, the store did not have the same TV and I went with the LG.
Inspected it out of the box at home and no physical damage. Turned the TV on and the pixels were burst with lines on the TV.
Finally went back to the store to return the TV. Because their systems were not working, I had to originally complete the exchange with a gift card. Not once was it communicated to me that if I needed to make a return, I couldn’t return the money to my card. The associate at the return desk showed no concern, care or ability to help. Just repeated that he could only return it to a gift card. So I’m out $420 that I’m forced to spend at Target.
I did go and purchased a TV at Best Buy. No damage and the tv works. I suggest you all just go to best buy and avoid Target for electronics.

We love this target. The staff is kind and they have a very nice collection from board games to food. Target also has a CVS,Starbucks and many other makeup brand stores inside the store itself. They have a nice collection of designer dress wear. It’s the perfect place to be when you need something important. I highly recommend it. I also recommend the bathrooms, they’re very clean.

Probably the nicest target I have ever seen. They have a mini ulta inside and it’s very clean and orderly.

Whoever planned this store missed the target by a mile. Several miles in fact. The store is enough out of the way to make it a total inconvenience to shop here. Not only that, but it is the ONLY Target I’ve ever seen that has a 9pm closing time. Even Waynesboro’s Target has a 10pm closing time and Charlottesville has triple the population. I will never understand that.
I know you can’t move the store but for the love of god, change your hours.
Otherwise, it is a Target, so it’s good.

Yeah I worked here and during my training my husband was literally a victim of a shooting and management and HR was disgusting about me calling out of THREE SHIFTS to care for my husband and his THREE LITERAL BULLET WOUNDS and basically said if I called out again I was fired leaving me without a job while my husband was recovering and also unable to work. So just keep that in mind that’s how they treat people who work for them.
