Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Pointe shoe fittings can be long and exhausting. We had the best time today with the staff of My Dance Shoppe. We left with beautiful shoes that fit perfectly. The staff was extremely thorough to ensure safety and comfort while dancing. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

Had a really bad experience. Didn’t like the sales associate with short brown hair. She was dismissive and unfriendly. We had to make an appointment to get point shoes although no one was there at all. We simply left and will never return. She smart off to my instructor and said we were gonna hurt our feet. That really made me mad.

I was mistaken about the shoe selection! They have more in the back, and can order you basically anything from a catalog. After a second visit I found a shoe I'm very happy with.
