Definitely made for stuck-up rich people. Unless you're a trust fund baby, please explore all the superior authentic options Charlottesville has to offer. If you really have to spend 100s of dollars on "premium" products. Just buy them online. Cheaper, easier, and shipped straight to your door.
If you're a trust fund baby. Keep going here. Don't make the cool areas gentrified.

I've been coming to The Shops at Stonefield since its inception over ten years ago. It was built as an upscale center which Charlottesville never had. It continues to be maintained nicely.
An anchor is Trader Joe's which is unconnected to the strips. Also Regal movie theater. Stonefield is a common place I shop when in town. Other places I have frequented are adjacent Homewood Suites, Pottery Barn, Burton's Grill and Meezh.
I will continue to shop Stonefield in the future.

this is the most dangerous pedestrian experience I've ever witnessed. i have almost been hit every time I've used a crosswalk, since 2016. every car is trying to kill you. put in speed bumps, lights, more signs, anything. there is an aura here that apparently makes everyone drive 60 mph with their eyes closed

World's worst and dangerous for cars. I either almost always get hit by another car or I witness 2 cars getting bent up. Hate going there.

Can't tell you much about the shops just Maggiano's Little Italy restaurant which we love. Anytime we are in or just passing through we stop for lunch or dinner.

Trader Joe's grocery store is one of my favorite places to visit when going to The Shops at Stonefield. Trader Joe's is in the back of the complex and has lots of parking, Eddie Bauer and a few other stores face Trader Joe's, the rest of the shops are lining the front streets, which you can walk to easily.
