“Always something new to find! I've seen clothing, jewelry, shoes, decor, furniture, dresses, men's clothing, and old records here! They are always taking in new items so you never know what you might find when you visit! The main thing I look for in a shop where it's a grab-bag is cleanliness, friendliness of employees, organization, and assortment!Low has it all!I purchased today a pain of Fillippo Totti jeans 1080s. (pictured)A cute retro 70's one-piece that's groovy for skating with shorts or pants over! (Pictured)And a pair of perfectly worn in size 8 Hi-tec hiking shoes from the 80's as well! (Pictured)The shoes there are phenomenal and they have plenty of unique 30s-60s shoes for dancing, outings, and outdoors!Go check them out! You might find your next favorite piece!”

“I have donated and worked with Ann & Dawn since the beginning in the midst of Covid. The two sisters are indefatigable and have a shared passion what they want their ultimate store to reflect. They look for quality and sellability in the Charlottesville community and particularly in the surrounding university communities. I am thrilled to be a part of the experience and thank them for both the consignments that they have accepted from me as well as the marvelous purchases I have made in the store. thank you to all the staff.”

“I've been to this location and the one further north on 29. People tell me they like this location better but I think both have distinct advantages. This store seems well organized but smaller than the other store, which has a wider selection for some items like furniture. The dressing rooms, unfortunately, are closed and blocked off but you have 14 days to return an item you buy. They have clothing, books, a few items of furniture, coats, hats, a few racks full of housewares and miscellaneous items, some artwork, and handbags. There's one unisex bathroom inside. I bought a cheap winter hat here but haven't been able to find a lamp that looked decent or a tee shirt. You may have to visit a few times to find that treasured item at a great bargain.”

“This location is really well maintained - the staff are always super nice and almost everything is well appointed and color coded so it's easy and enjoyable to look around. I have thrifted a lot of art from here, I've noticed that a lot gets donated from older estates and this has been a good place to pick up cool pieces. Clothing wise the selection is pretty large. It is now a pretty popular spot for UVA students so just keep that in mind - they tend to clean out a lot of good pieces so stuff moved quickly. Furniture is usually in really good condition but the prices are very high - much more than Facebook marketplace. I think they have caught on to a lot of people buying and flipping furniture so a lot of the stuff here is priced fairly high. Overall the store is well maintained the staff are good and the location is safe and clean. Recommend if you are looking to thrift shop in cville.”

“great selection of shoes and clothing. dont know why everyone is so pressed about prices- its genuinely mot overpriced. people expect thrift stores to sell clothes for dirt cheap. thats not what a thrift store is. its discounted used clothing. sick of people whining about “overpriced” clothes when its not.”
