Great experience today at Tidal in Charlottesville- Rio Shopping Center. Representative Logan was kind and patient- answered all questions about current promotion. I am super excited and committed to trial for the next 30 days. The staff and service is outstanding!!!

Really pleased with the quality of the wash and the value of the wash club. The customer service is really, really excellent and I've never had a bad experience here. I also really appreciate how easy it is to pause or cancel your membership online if needed. The vacuums work well and they keep the cleaning towels/sprays well stocked. The wash itself is very effective, even the lowest level.

Always in and out. Some of the vacuums don’t work as well as the others . I think the middle ones if I’m not mistaken.

This place is a rip off hard to cancel membership and did so several months ago. Would not reimburse me for those extra months. Additionally, I spoke to the car wash attendant who said that I did not even have an account so I paid for that wash individually. Customer support is lacking and long wait times on telephone.

I never get to use my membership. They are either closed for maintenance (at least 5 times now) or the line is so long the wait is onerous.
