“I own Charlottesville Gutter Pros and our shop is right next door to Jenkins. What a gift!! They service our entire fleet: Fords, Nissans, Chevy, and even our staff’s personal vehicles. I love their hours (open at 7am, open till late, and open Saturday) and they maintain a pretty fast turnaround most of the time. We haven’t had any negative experiences since we started 2022. Their office staff are sharp and on the ball. Very grateful for Jenkins and I recommend them!”

“I had to come on and rave about how awesome our Charlottesville Costco is - especially Simone from the Tire Center who saved me soooo much today!! I thought I had a screw in my tire and wasn't sure if they needed to be replaced (good ol AWD vehicles). While walking past the tire center, Simone asked if she could help me and I explained my problem. Without missing a beat she asked which vehicle was mine & went to see with her own eyes. (PS - I have absolutely just interrupted her workday flow and I'd never know it from the BEYOND accommodating way I was treated).
After inspection, she discovered it was an extremely lucky situation that required her only to remove the pin and there seemed to be no leak. BUT NO - SHE WAS NOT DONE BEING AMAZING - Simone went in to get soapy water and checked to make sure that no air was escaping and saved me 4 NEW TIRES. Y'all that is no small expense when I was just told I'd have to replace them all by another company!
Just had to come on here and say thank you to Simone - you absolutely made my day & your kindness was felt throughout the whole process. Thank you Simone, thank you Costco Tire Shop, thank you again to Simone - I am so glad to have such an amazing Costco in Charlottesville to count on. He was so understanding of my tight budget as a teacher, and steered me towards a great sale that was happening this week on a highly-rated set of Goodyears. Had my appt today, and was in and out in less than 2 hours with great customer service from LT and his team. Thanks guys! “I got my oil changed at University Tire and Auto because it was convenient to drop off my car and then go to work at the hospital. They were reasonably priced and had my car ready to go by the end of the day. I appreciated that they were flexible when I needed to change my appointment time. I took off a star because when I went to pick up my car, I noticed it was running and that the key wasn’t in the car. I asked why it was running and the gentleman at the desk said that the technician must have forgotten to turn it off and that it must have been running for 20 minutes or so. I think it must have actually been running for several hours because my gas gauge had dropped by about 100 miles from when I dropped off my car. I don’t know if it’s an attention to detail issue or just a simple mistake, but it didn’t sit well with me. I will probably go back there because it is so convenient. I just hope they won’t leave my car running for hours again.”

“Incredible experience! From the beginning as I sent emails asking for quotes on tires, the responses were quick and detailed. Adam was so helpful, kind, and informative. He offered great guidance in helping me decide on the tires. When I dropped off my vehicle to get the services I opted for, I received a call from Brandon and he was the same.....so helpful, kind and informative. There were some issues that were found with my car that needed attention (brake fluid, battery, etc.) and he explained all of them without any pressure at all for me to have these corrected while they had my car. I did not feel as though I was being hassled to do any of the suggested replacements (I did go ahead with some of them). He took time when I picked up the car to answer questions I had about my upcoming inspection as well. I was very pleased with the service I received and will recommend University Tire and Auto to others as well as continue using them for myself in the future (although I hope not to have car issues anytime soon).”
