“Steve was honest and straightforward about the repair work that needed to be done on our vehicle. It feels rare in 2026 to meet a solid mechanic who puts the customer first. Will definitely take our cars there for future work.”
“From my phone call to make an appointment to paying the invoice everyone was professional, kind, knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner. This is what keeps me retuning to Scott’s Ivy Exxon for all my automotive needs.”
“We heard about Cville Imports through word of mouth. Our 2014 Toyota Carolla needed a ton of work. We were shocked by the price. It was much lower than we expected. The car has been running like new. Now that I know of this place I won't go anywhere else.”

“I highly recommend By Word of Mouth to anyone looking for an excellent auto shop.
I was so impressed by their professionalism, transparency and effective communication.
After working with dozens of mechanics over the years I was so blown away with their consistency in updates. I was used to calling shops over and over to try and find out what might be going on and this experience was such a refreshing change.
When I received my 10 year old vehicle back it drove like it was brand new again!”

“Jamal was quick, helpful, and very careful with our car when it needed towing. He even helped to diagnose the problem by getting the car to start, which it wasn't doing before. Thank you Jamal for the great service!”
