Quick and simple drop-off of my 6x12 trailer. I appreciated the process and Rene was kind and accommodating. It saved me a trip to the south side of Charlottesville and that made my morning. I'll be defaulting to this location for any moving needs.

Can't recommend enough. Renee was phenomenal! She took the time to help me understand the reservation system, the drop-off, everything about my rental and got it all set up for me. She removed a lot of stress from this part of moving and I really appreciate it. A+ customer service which I will recommend to all my fellow service members.

Very ignorant people here I would not rent a truck from them. Had the truck returned $30 minutes late and they charged me a $20 fee when I was supposed to have the truck all day but they were making me bring it back for another customer even though I paid for a full day, they charged me a $25 cleaning fee truck was completely clean, they charged me $12 for fuel which I made sure the fuel was in it where it was and they charged me for the wrong coverage at $28 I chose the $14 one and the lady was very rude and ignorant I’ll be creating a case on this. Do not rent from these people.

Rene is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made my rental experience very simple. I love simplicity. The truck, vehicle tow dolly, appliance dolly and blankets were ready to go when I arrived. She also advised on how to return the equipment so I do not get charged extra fees. Thank you again Rene ??

The representative I met with at the counter was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. It only took about 20 minutes start-to-finish to walk into the store, pay for my rental, agree to the terms, attach the 6x12 cargo trailer to my truck, and leave. She was also very helpful. I backed up to the trailer and she immediately started hooking everything up, describing what she was doing throughout each step. I appreciated this since I had never towed a trailer before. She did a safety check to confirm the brake and turn signal lights worked, and she swept out the trailer making sure it was extra clean. Dropping off the trailer was just as nice. When she saw me pull into the parking lot, she came out of the store to direct me where to park and she unhooked the trailer. I was out of there in 15 minutes. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Had a rental pick up time of 1030 am. Walk up go the door at 1030 and they have a printed off note saying they close at 1030am. Tv on, purse on the counter and a cellphone as well so obviously someoneb2as still there just wouldn't come to the door.

This location is independently owned and has great customer service. She is very accommodating and personable and always tries to get me the best price. Rent with conference. I have rented trucks here many times and it’s always been an enjoyable experience.

Returned a covered trailer to this U-haul dealer the evening prior to when it was due back. The next day I received a statement with a $15 charge for folding six pads, and a $20 charge for returning it the night prior. When I asked why I was being charged for returning it early, I was told because I didn't park the trailer in the spot they preferred, and it was a convenience fee for dropping it off early. I called U-Haul corporate to complain, and was told the $20 after hours fee was not appropriate, and the $15 fee for folding pads should have been $1 per pad charge. The people who run this dealership will look for ways to charge you extra. Avoid them and save yourself some money!

Great place to rent a U-Haul! Incredible customer service, and was very easy to deal with. Rene went above and beyond to help me get a truck rental for me to move some items out of my old house to the new one. I will definitely be using this location in the future when I need to move large items again!Thank you!!!A+
