I had booked a truck 2 days before, and when i got there to get the truck they told me they didn't have one avalible and instead they gave me a larger truck with no extra charges, but the truck was very rusty and hard to drive. The behavior of the person at the front desk was not friendly.

Everything went smoothly, as usual, and our move was a success thanks to U-Haul and their very nice representatives. The truck was easy to drive and in such good shape. We will always use U Haul for our moves! Thank you and Bless you!! :):)

Clean vehicle.
2 unpleasant surprises- a request for the contact info of someone that cd “vouch” for me or my passport!!! I’ve lived as a citizen in this country for 40 years! This shd have been clarified as a possible request AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION! I wd have gone prepared
Mgr indicated I cd do a late return provided I had it back in time for next rental. I figured gratis, or a late fee - I was charged a full 24 hrs. They are entitled to that but CLARIFY!

The manager was quick and helpful on a day I needed it. Another rental place had messed up my order and left me high and dry. If I had to rent locally again I’d do it here, and definitely not USA Auto Sales.

The owner is very nice and incredibly helpful. It's a small office so it is helpful to know what you're doing and get in and out quickly. The truck we got was in good shape and the owner properly and fully explained the insurance to customers. Any complaints I have is with Uhaul not with this specific location.
