Website and door states hours differently than when employees are locking doors. I and several other people tried entering at 8:30pm and doors were already locked with employees standing up front. Awful customer service! Don’t lie about hours if you’re going to close earlier than stated.

Came in here one random morning dressed like this needing an emergency solution to affix these mustaches to our faces. The staff was both very kind and helpful and the ‘staches stayed attached all day and were removed without incident. Hope y’all see this and receive my appreciation!

I was the only black woman in this store and I was racially profiled. As soon as I went into the store I went to the isle the nail polish was on to purchase what I seen online and the employee came right over watching me and made a circle around the isle I was on. She went back to the front of the store as soon as I left the isle. This was wrong on so many levels. This day and age this needs to stop!

Well my wife makes me pick always 😂 to pick up her wherever items so I visit the joint so much gotta show the joint something ya dig it 😉 just saying aye yo 🤣😅 but for the part of me being a married Man and have really no business going into the store but wife makes me go as a man no offense or hate just being a Man 😂😂 id give 👎🏻 😂 but fur wife and all the woman who shop at your stores and this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This store lacks sooo much customer service. Went in this morning to make a purchase since I had extra time. Not one person approached me to ask if I needed help finding anything (which I did). They did indeed make lots of laps around me, yet again with no intention of asking if I needed help, but mainly making sure I wasn’t sterling? Whatever, I get to the registers, and my cashier, “Hella” didn’t make any contact, no conversation, no friendly approach, nothing. She said 0 words to me. Mind you; there was another lady just standing right next to her with also a lack of knowledge of customer care. Very poor experience with the amount of girls working there, probably about 7 and not one person had the motive to be there.

Unfortunately, my visit to Ulta Beauty was disappointing. The customer service was lacking, and it felt like the staff only gave attention to customers who resembled influencers or seemed to be higher-priority shoppers. I didn’t feel as though I was treated with the same level of care and assistance. While the store itself has a great selection, the service left much to be desired, and I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer. I hope they can improve their approach to customer service in the future.

I had a hair appointment prior to going out of town. They called me 7 minutes before my appointment started to cancel. At that point I was obviously already here. I get that people get sick but give me more than 7 minutes notice!

Store manager is extremely rude. Witnessed her being rude and unkind and speaking to their service worker like he was child when asking him to take his hat off. When I was checking out another lady was there also with the most monotone voice, she was rude to the 2 people ahead of me as if they weren’t being fast enough with the transactions. The employees on the floor stocking everything were very kind, only reason I felt it was enough to leave one star.

It's a pretty average Ulta. Products tampered with, empty and out of stock...... The bathroom though ?. Disgusting; notified the worker ??
